Very cute and not too much! I have small kitchen and its a struggle to add holiday cheer without it feeling "too much" as the counters need to be functional. Your hot cocoa area is nice with the mugs off the counter but still on display. I do add red ribbon here and there for color. Think i will just focus on garland or wreath in my window and do your mug idea , christmas tablecloth and christmas tea towels and call it good this year! Thank you for your simple approach to decorating for christmas!
