BP concerts is what I like the most about the group. I would suggest check 2 concert versions of the same song (as mentioned in my other comment: Coachella 2019 and Remix from Tokyo Dome). These 3 versions of the same song will give you a pretty good picture of what you're getting into.
After that you can follow suggestions from the list which should be posted in top comment.
You can also ask your friend to give you suggestions from his experience.

They have already told you almost everything essential about Blackpink: they are the best girl band today, they have millions of followers around the world, not just in Korea, the girls are beautiful inside and out, their songs are original, with a structure very typical of them and different from the rest of K-pop music, they have broken many records in terms of visits, sales, concerts, etc. And one more fact, their videos are amazing, they are filmed in real settings with a lot of production and budget and almost all of them there is a "behind the scenes". Also, many of their songs have their dance practice video.
