      You can’t control your perception. Everything in life has lead you to being you and there’s nothing you can do to change it. And if you feel like you “can” control it, that’s because life has conditioned you to think that you can. You never actually had a choice in the matter, though we all have thought we did. It’s out of your hands. Surrender and embrace the present.

    Bruce Lipton indirectly got me to this channel!
    Russell Brand interviewed him about Sleep Meditation, I tried it and my whole world expanded. I noticed whenever I slept and put on a focused meditation video on before sleeping, whatever the focus was would manifest in my mental focus, gave me better sleep, eventually brought vivid dreams back sometimes, and even things and people around me seemed to “fall into place”.
    From there I started listening to Sleep meds about meeting your spirit guide, connecting with my higher concious self, and even lucid dreaming and lucid dreaming lead me here.
    The moral of this story is the internet isn’t all bad after all. Just avoid the porn and the negative shit 👍🏾

    Burce Lipton's work is going to play a huge part of the inevitable fusion of spirituality and science.
    I've tried telling lots of people about his work, but when I mention the fact that "genes aren't as set in stone/deterministic as we tend to think," the cognitive dissonance is palpable.
    The average person is very resistant to this information, but we need to wake people up and break out of this deterministic paradigm.

    • @camb546
      @camb546 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Genes can be conditioned but it doesn't affect the nature of reality. Reality by logic is predeterministic because everything is a reaction from the initial singularity. True random cannot exist, as everything has a trigger or a causal chain to its effect. Chaos is misunderstood order. I suspect that the universe has an algorithm. There is a lot of evidence to support determinism over free will. Every effect comes from a prior cause. It is all a reaction from initial singularity. The big bang is a white hole, from the death of a universal sized black hole from the big crunch. So inevitably the same exact universe will be born and you will be conceived and live your exact same life, the exact same way. Our sense of free will, sense of time, and consciousness, is an illusion. Order is merely succumbing to nature. Chaos is splintering causality and creating variances of possibility. But even if you think it was your idea to do this or that, it wasn't. The causality of something else lead you there. You never had a novel idea of your own. You are just reacting to an external environmental acting upon you initially. We just expand that out billions of times and it is a giant sequence of causality all driven by an algorithm. This algorithm has consistency too which forms the basis of science and everything we know, because science is predictable. All science is about predicting the future and our ability to negate the illusion of it to produce expected results. Time is an illusion just like free will. What will happen, has already happened. We are just experiencing it like a script. So we are stuck with everything our life and are doomed to repeat it. It is ordered chaos. There is no reason for this or that, it just happens the way it does, but it's ordered because it was meant to happen in that specific way. It is a simulation and you are that simulation. Since YOU never made a decision of your own, you are the causality of the universe experiencing itself from a single perspective. But you don't exist. That's your ego. When you die, the resources and causality you made happen over your life goes back into the existing pool of material from which we all are made from. So you are an anomaly of nature. Consciousness is a God feeling independent and seeing the world as such, when in reality you are everything, even if you have no control over any of it. Just like a computer program has no control over what code it runs, it is still meant to run it and it still is the computer that does the work and not the person behind the computer. The real question is not how, but why? And the answer to that question couples into the question of why do we have consciousness? It's the universe saying it's better to exist than not exist and that is the fundamental nature of an imperfect reality with ultimately no point, for even a God. We are the aspect of nature entertaining itself. And as stated, order is succumbing to nature. Which ultimately is the summarization of predeterminism. Since predeterminism is the collective organization of causality that is fated. That is the fundamental truth of reality and the prison we all exist in.

    • @paradigm_sh1ft
      @paradigm_sh1ft 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@camb546 I think you're too caught up in whether we have free will, or is everything predetermined. It is both. You could think of it as a tug-of war, or dance. Yin-Yang, with two opposites in perpetual motion, each rooted in the other.
      The universe's deterministic aspect is natural law; the fundamental ordering principles which make up the essential rules binding us. This would be what you referred to as an algorithm. There is undeniably a set pattern/flow to it all. These underlying principals are like a mass of unconditioned possibilities: perfect order.
      Free will is the chaotic aspect. It is that "universe experiencing itself as pieces of itself". It is us putting a drop in a perfectly still bucket of water, so to speak. You take action, and cause a ripple, while the water tries to settle. The friction between the drops of chaos and the perfect ordering principles are what get manifest, and is where we get karma, or cause and effect from. Drop a brick in the bucket, and lose a lot of water. Fate is nothing more than the inevitability of the consequences of your actions.
      So yes, just as free will doesn't "exist," it has a use. The individual self is really just the empty space between associations in the mind (not real), but it can still be used as a tool. This is what people refer to as the higher self and lower self. You root your higher conscious awareness (which is not bound by the material realm, like the body) in the understanding of that natural law, to the best of your ability, and learn to go with the flow, to an extent. The universe will suddenly seem like it's behind you, rather than against you.
      You are only conditioning the genes, yes, but you have sooo many possibilities within what's possible, that you can only perceive what you believe is possible. Imagination is a form of sight. Inner sight. Insight.

    • @camb546
      @camb546 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@paradigm_sh1ft I agree with some of what you say but other things I think you’re a bit off on. Karma doesn’t exist. There is no rhyme or reason to your fate. It’s unfair but it’s the reason why one soul will die from cancer as a child or some sadistic abuser will win the lottery, there’s no order to anything other than the causal fate predetermined at the Big Bang. Also the yin yang is the symbolic representation of entropy and life. Of the theoretical black holes and theoretical white holes. Entropy and chaos. Chaos by it’s very definition is the splintering of causality which is what creates life. Entropy is the succumbing to nature and systems that guide us, as in our fate and inevitable death and resurrection in the next cycle. I agree that we are just figments or part of the universal structure and we are locked down to one part of it, never understanding that we are actually god, but without inherent control of the reality that conjured us.

      I don't appreciate Spirit Science's incredibly misleading and continuous implication that "we believe" or "believed" that genes are the sole determinate of cellular behavior. No one has ever believed that; understanding of protein receptor mechanics predate not only genetic theory, but also, Bruce Lipton's work, and even Bruce Lipton himself (seeing as he was born in 44). It is simply untrue to assert that any of these ideas are new/unconventional. I can only assume this is done to imply that gene theory is now invalid or misguided, but science developed gene theory and receptor theory simultaneously, because they are not and have never been contrary to each-other.
      The proof for this is everywhere around you. It has guided drug development for decades and decades. If you've ever taken a Motrin for an ache, or a Benadryl for hay fever/sleep, you have lived the benefits of this real, scientific knowledge. Ibuprofen binds to COX enzymes (i.e. proteins) and prevents them from loading up your pain receptors with the chemical that is used to activate their primary signal. Diphenhydramine is a multi-faceted drug that mainly works by blocking the site of the histamine receptors, which help trigger inflammation (as in the case of allergic rhinitis). The reason it makes you drowsy is a bit more complicated, but that's not about "genetic control" either.
      So far as the determinism of genetics... Epigenetics is a long sought after and now rapidly emerging field. This has absolutely nothing to do with Lipton. I highly encourage anyone interested in Lipton's ideas to do some real research on modern Epigenetics, there are some very enlightening and important conclusions the field has made about how you should live for best odds that don't get play at all in these circles, but support *some* of the conclusions therein. Stress and stress-free living is a big one.
      Finally, genetics is very important in understanding receptors. Every cell has essentially identical genes, but different cells have different receptors. One particular receptor, however, will be found in all of the cells that contain it, in even ratios. Your gut has a lot of metabolic proteins; these are in steady ratios. For an extremely simplified version, you can have "very fast" versions, you can have "very slow" versions, maybe your gut cells have something like a 30-70 split, which is "close to the average". You take a medication. It is processed by these, and does its job.
      Let's say someone had a ratio of 90-10 "very fast" to "very slow" versions of this receptor. The very fast ones would break down the medicine way faster. If breaking it down makes toxic byproducts, that could be very dangerous! This person would need a slow release version of the medication to compensate, or maybe a lower dose, or simply different meds.
      A concept very similar to this, but considerably more complex, explains exactly why and how one person takes a given medication. Morphine is a huge example; most people break it down slowly, some break it down to toxic byproducts so quickly a normal dose is lethal.
      But what decides who's 30-70 for this receptor, who's 90-10 for that receptor?
      It can be reliably determined from their genetic code. Now, for certain drugs, you have to get your genes tested to see if you're going to react poorly to a normal dose, before even taking a single pill- and it works, saves lives.

    It makes me wonder if ancestral trauma is the reason why children all over the world play the game "the floor is lava!" Most children have never seen lava. But somehow everywhere around the world kids play this game innately. It makes you wonder if somewhere in our distant past our ancestors had to deal with actually having lava everywhere, and had to make the right decisions to walk somewhere to ensure their safety. SO over the generations it's just been engraved into us.

    Bruce also talks about perceptions. That cells perceive their enviroments, as well as our brains. Which is why some say we are living in a controlled enviroment created by the Governments and large corporations where we perceive our existence to be fearful. Climate change, food crisis, viruses, opposing politics, opposing religions etc etc etc. Is this a natural occurence or have all of these subjects been presented to us in such a way as to divide us? When you look at children playing, they have no perception of fear or divison, no matter what race or religion they are. It is the perception that seems to see these things, and these feelings grow when we have been programmed to think in a certain way. Certainly an interesting line of thought. And if you can't see we are all heading to a place where we are expected to play russian roullette with our health soon, then you are not paying attention, and your perceptions have been manipulated. Very interesting video. Thanks for sharing. :)

    Quote from Marianne Williamson's book "A return to love"
    Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

    The fear study done with mice actually done in an attempt to prove the collective unconscious ( the scientist uses a different term but same principal ). Upon successive generations, the fear response was indeed passed on. This study was also done using yellow and metallic beads where the mice would be shocked upon touching. This also passed the fear response on. The fascinating part about this study is that once it was repeated from across the country, the mice ( not direct genetic descendents) exhibit the same conditioned fear response.

      This small dog manifests from small to a giant Anubis dog in a second and tells me i'm gonna get shot .... My body transfers to this dining room and theres this dude in a tan trench coat and a brown belt with a matching fedora he pulls out a gun and shoots me and i slowly float out of the restaurant as he's walking out as if walking me out of my dream restaurant it was intense and scary but now that i think back it was exciting and breathtaking lol like he was someone that gave me a message but i didn't go over well with my subconscious . Thank you so much for asking i really enjoyed revisiting that dream 😇

    A good way to look at DNA and epigenetics is that DNA is a rulebook, Epigenetic markers are the notes indicating which rules are or aren't in play, and both are used by the cell to interpret and react to external signals.

    Mice carry fears for generations but people can’t understand how slavery might’ve influenced a certain community.

    • @ButtercupBusyBee
      @ButtercupBusyBee 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Always think about that! Even if ancestral pain isnt held in a genetic way... imagine how you teach a child about the world if you were a slave or even if your mother was a slave... imagine the way you intensely try to protect them from what you experienced...
      it has a flow effect that is really hard to actively avoid.
      When we are really young we are so malleable and receptive to fears and anxieties in our main care givers.
      To be clear however, i totally do believe in ancestral pain being carried within our bodies
