Rick Travers, a young man who was abused in prison, goes on a rampage beating and killing homosexuals. Included among his victims is Freddie, who is beaten and hospitalized while undercover. Freddie is also under pressure from his parents, who have never approved of his career choice, to quit the force and join his father's law firm.
