Hello Ms. Dhara I am working for a SATELLITE TV and my job is to bring speakers for the show but my problem is I am not able to make them understand to participate and the channel is on Airtel and JIO. SO COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME HOW CAN I MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND TO PARTICIPATE. and the amount per speaker is also very low and we work for mental health so it will be very kind if you can guide me how can I propose a good amount and they also invest happily..
