Hi just wondering if you can help with a problem my husband is having with his Ricoma luminaris 200 all this prints that are suppose to be black are coming out navy blue he's back up with orders and cant figure out a solution would you know a solution ?
Hello, something similar is happening to me at the beginning I print in normal black but the last two orders do not come out as dark as I would like, you can try adjusting the opacity percentage, if you have white toner it does not come out completely black or try contact to ricoma support
