I like what he says but we need to see it on the field. There's a massive disconnect from what he's saying to what actually happening on the field. Performances have not been great so far, 2 or 3 games aside. We are a mid table L1 side on this form and have been since the middle of last season. Something has to change sharpish.

YOU need to get a formation that works YOUneed to choose the team that works on your players strengths and not highlight deficiencies YOU need to tell the players what role to play and not leave it to the multitude of coaches sat on the bench. Stendel, Ismael, Duff didn't have 3coaches sat on the bench barking out instructions. Their job is on the training pitch , the buck stops with YOU

I do notice that you only drew in this game with Wycombe but you shouldn’t have too many problems against HuddersFAIL, it shouldn’t be that hard to beat us 🤣🤣🤭🤭. I am enjoying seeing us continue to laughably fail, I am so used to it and it doesn’t get me depressed/annoyed one little bit. We got relegated last season, well we could well go through another one down to League Two. The club never learns its lessons, always failing, so going down to L2 would be just deserved 👍👍🤣🤣.
