Jeff, awesome your passion that you share with the audience and us viewing this recording, thanks!
And I appreciate how you summarize who "invented" a concept, and who did contribute, like that we appreciate people and their smart ideas.
Why do not all agile teams use the Story Mapping technique?

I enjoyed the reminder about how Eric Ries looks at an MVP as something that lets you teat your assumptions about an idea. But on the whole this talk is just Jeff explaining a bunch of concepts about agile, innovation and entrepreneurship without adding anything new. This may be useful to people who haven't heard of these things, but I was disappointed Jeff didn't share any examples from his own career or presented anything that would help using these tools in a more integrated way.

5:55 “Keep using” … I hope the speaker is aware that this is a short or medium term profit maximisation tactic, but not necessarily a long-term or ethical strategy.
Drug pushers want their customers/addicts to "keep using" regardless of whether it benefits them. That’s hardly an admirable business model.
This reminds me of the example of British Airways in the book The Infinite Game by Simon Sinek, where the company had the largest number of customers, but the customers were also unhappy with their service.

This talk is full of gold. It's a just a shame that the person behind the camera kept zooming in on Jeff and not the slides :( still worth watching though. Just a shame

How does such an old guy manage to display having zero insight.

@Jake Irlam-Hughes yes, I feel fine ignoring ideas proposed by idiots without any insight.

Haha right? He recycles a bunch of existing ideas without sharing original thoughts or a personal example 🤦🏽‍♂️
