when the story of the little boy turned out to be about Oracle, I may have cried, just a bit. I don't know much about DC universe, but I know a lot about Oracle. I don't know if you intended to mean it in regards to her as Oracle specifically, but it meant a lot to me to hear it and think of it in that way, so thank you for including that bit

This struck deep into a memory that often returns to haunt me. This is a pocket sized great gift of retro comfort and understanding, that was nowhere to be found way back when a child of 10 to 12 and hiding it from my parents. Nothing physically abusive just ridicule and humiliation in the "...dark sarcasms in the classroom..." hideous bent of certain warped, power tripping teachers singling out a child as a prop to get laughs from the class clowns. I needed this back then but you have brought it now with your amazing perfect fit of this angel of mercy characterisation. I healed myself eventually (with life experiences and leaving that school behind due to dad's next job transfer) long previous to this, but this is a re-enforcing gem. I'm sure this will be healing to so many others as well. A chat from you within this character sure beats having a quiet chat with yourself while trying to fix yourself on your own. So much gratitude to you Jim 💞
