Hello everybody! Today I prepared a wonderful dish that I really liked and I will definitely cook for myself more than once! so I want to share my recipe with you!

Recipe
Ingredients:
600-800gr. Pork Fillet (or any red meat)
500gr. - Mushrooms
4-5 - Onion Shallot
100ml. - Brandy
100gr - Ham (or bacon)
50gr. - Dijon mustard
150gr. - Butter
100ml. - Olive oil
1-2 - roll of Puff Pastry
2 - Eggs
Salt and pepper
