This experience coming from how much time that you played. For starters its okay to play what styles that you prefer.
Also for defense Better use Mid tanks if don't have anti tank gun.

If pulled away from base you can reset the 8 sec refire by moving arty then refiring with only the 4 sec load instead of 8 useful with rocket since they move quicker might not be logical with arty but might work if quick enough on the retarget
I tried the first tip with my howitzer and heavy tank, worked like a charm with just two units against a bunker. Then I tried a medium tank instead of heavy and it was the same result. Both got destroyed but the howitzer stayed intact.

I have taken your advice and added an additional Howitzer to my 5 units. Unfortunately, base got wiped the next morning. I have been made leader because most players in my Alliance have dropped out or not played in a month. Any and all advice would be appreciated.
Unfortunately if enough people surround your base no matter how big you are your in trouble. Especially if your offline. Don’t worry let it heal 7 hours and go back and catch them offline.
People keep blowing up my base when I'm away.... And i can't even find the guy on map who did it...

hey, I have a question regarding the base attack on enemy units. I have noticed many times that my opponent can steer the attack of the base. It simply selects the unit the base will attack. I've tried many times and in different ways but I can't do it, maybe you know how it works ??
I have noticed this also. Many times I have initiated with my SH just to have my artillery targeted and obliterated in one attack. It makes it nearly impossible to attack by uourself
I'm new and i have a dumb question. How does the unit lvl and power translate into base damage when the troops are garrisoned? Reason I ask is because I am wondering if i should garrison 3 low lvl artillery that i have or should I use the 1 high lvl artillery i have along with other high lvl troops
Hello , i am a 4000k power player , so i have experience , you can trust what i say , first your garrisoned troops when attacked , hide in your base and shoot from inside , and cannot be killed while inside , so you should definitely use two artillery for defense and offense , and 1 very leveled unit is better than two low units , hope i helped 😁

Yeah max level either spanner or guardian you get all the trophy ya need for percy when ya hit level 60 with Amy officer the 2 arty officers keep the arty power boost in front on abilities also and use scmitz on ya anti tanks or tank hunters he gives a good penetrative bonus
So like how can I find other players to attack? I get attacked a lot but don’t know how to attack others. I can’t find anybody to attack
Maxing your barracks to lvl 32 increases your firepower. Does this firepower perk only apply to those units when garrisoned or does it also help in the field?

I still think anti tank gun should have and range as howitzer to prevent people from cheesing your base so easily when you're not online
@FireMasterSteve I agree but artillery is also op against bases and it's pretty bogus someone can agro your base with a tank then back up to howitzer range for safety
