sir for users u are doing client copy by client import export so are u making a new client in PRD or any other system then after refresh u are importing those users back to quality and delete the previously created client in prd?

Usually, we will take user master import from quality system, in that process, it will output us 3 TR's in which the data is stored. Once import is completed, release them.
Post refresh, we will import that 3 trs in quality system via stms. Later, perform steps in Scc7.
