I love all the damn monkeys so much I wish I could work with some so badly I live up not all that far from Chicago and doesn't seem like anybody's allowed to own any monkeys if there are no zoos nearby there is so many people who love monkeys and would love to come see some in Illinois and yeah we have nothing and I'm allowed to own any monkey any private why so ever you can't even own a marmoset like what a joke I know people have primates this was many years ago but they were very very well taken care of. And these were relatives I knew were taking care of the press extremely well. Hello Allison and Jeremy is well. LOL
People buying monkeys is how they end up in this situation in the first place. They do not make good pets. They grow up and often become violent and destructive, and then the owner has to give it to one of these organizations who can raise it properly. Assuming there are any taking them.
Primates shouldn’t be taken out of their natural environment to become pets no matter how well taken care of they seem to be. They need to be with their own kind and have plenty of enrichment. Marmosets, although they don’t go through such extreme acts and behaviors of becoming sexual mature, they still deserve to be with their family groups, not kept as pets. Get a degree in primatologist if you’d like to work with monkeys. I can guarantee you won’t want to keep one as a pet once you’ve spent a good amount of time with them.

Man Alison is crazy beautiful what a special lady she is such a shame about Jim such a loss but you made a great man for what you started lot of animals safe from him and her all the work that they've done. And others like Jeremy and all the volunteers God bless them all.
She is an amazing woman. She has proven over nearly a lifetime that she was perfect for him and he was for her. Unfortunately life sometimes has other plans. She kept her promises and I sincerely hope she found love again. She's too special to ever be alone. I know Jim would feel the same.

Monkeys (mostly) have tails, apes dont have tails!
I love that monkey world and staff are incredibly loving and caring. The show has a Very Lazy Producer that continues to repeat scenes!!! Producer could choose more quality in depth scenes! The producer has so much variety he could choose from!!!!!

My thoughts exactly! Why wouldn't they include the information in the next episode for all the subscribers who follow Monkey Life? I couldn't even find it under this channel. Season 2 Episode 20 is missing. Not sure if this channel realizes they didn't upload the last episode of season 2. I do know that Aris died. I believe they decided to put him down. Very sad.
Thank you for putting season 3 on here! I began watching this show for the first time on Amazon prime last week and it begins on there with season 2 and I finished it and it jumped to season 4 and I was like, “WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 88 CAPUCHINS?!” hahah so glad I can catch up on YT

Weird that we didn't get the promised update on Aris. I know it was a story with a sad ending, but that is the reality of working with wild animals. Did they cut that part out of the show? Did we miss an episode?
That must smell pretty bad inside the caged area. I guess you would have to hose it out while the animals are outside. The bad with the good.

This is a wonderful show. I know you want to show all the different monkeys. However, couldn't you do one show on the full story of the capuchin monkeys? I would also like to know how the female snub tail is getting on. From what I've seen, she has quite the personality! The look on her face is pure tolerance. If not outright, she doesn't give a damn! I'm 62 years old. I get it!
Unfortunately this show is quite old. They are currently on their 15th or 16th season I think. As far as the stump tail macaques go, they don’t usually have much excitement going on. Considering Monkey World only housed about half a dozen stumpies back then, the other primates were far more interesting to watch.
This season was 13 years ago. I don't know how many seasons this channel will be allowed to post on YT but they're still filming to this very day. If we're allowed to watch all of the seasons we'll see how all of these animals have done through the years. There's no other way to watch this show in the USA.
