Your a great teacher and a even better flow artist! I'm converting from contact staff to the double which is mind baffling in the early stages. Thanks for making this video and contributing to my journey of the flow.
i love how banyan starts to talk in stalls once he does the stalls with the staves XD this is.... what it.... looks like.... looks basic.... but i still..... love to do .... them a lot ;-) great vid, thanks a lot ^^
So, poi to staff makes sense... hoop to staff, not so much. But I'm gonna make it happen :) Thanks for the great tutorials. I have a feeling I will be watching this one a lot, to get started.
@kris wheeler i use a tiki torch pole and just got an insolation sleeve kinda thing i then electrical taped it all the way around it gives it a nice grip and keeps from burning up the pole like a pvc may burn

twice the length of your arm like if your arm is 2 ft. (sorry don't know the SI system) get a 3.8 ft. staff this is only my perspective but i haven't tried it yet so experiment =)
i go my how long my arms are and my staff, so if my arms were 2 feet i'd have 3,6 feet staff each that way when going inside the arm i dont have to strain to get it throgh hope this helps =)
