Bonnie, I'm right there with you! I never cared for the candle at all, so when the body care came out, I was like, "Nope. Not gonna like it." Then I tried it on....and kept inhaling it-lol. I walked around with it on and kept repeating, "I'm not suppose to like this, buuuuut....I REALLY like this!" LOL!

I'm the opposite. I find it works with the candle but the body care is a no from me. Now Midnight Blue Citrus... I might have bought the whole line not caring that I smell like a scented candle. lol
It smells good, but it smells more like a room scent to me. It reminds me of the bowls of potpourri my mom use to sit on the table with the dried leaves, petals and pine cones

Hi Bonnie! I was at my store today, so I tried the Leaves. It was amazing. Smells perfect for fall. I love the scent of clove. As soon as they have a special with that scent I will certainly buy some!

I bought the creams for Leaves, Sweater Weather and Champagne Apple & Honey during the last sale and mixed them all together in a big pump jar I got off of Amazon a while back. The end result is amazing!
The clove note gets toned down, the apple note becomes more bright & fresh (less cooked/mulled) and the added autumn woods note really deepens the scent nicely.
Is it close to Apple toddy by any chance?
This is a great companion to White Pumpkin & Chai, which smells like cinnamon apple to me.
I hope there is some left on 8/4 when the mists are on sale. Leaves and Black Cherry Merlot were flying off the shelves during the Buy 3, Get 3. Leaves will be good for spraying my throw blankets and pillows. Happy Monday!

You're absolutely right, it smells like the Christmas section in a craft store lol. I actually love the Leaves candle, it's one of my favorites. I wasn't sure I'd want to smell like it though. I'm glad I tested it in the store. I smells just like the candle to me. I like it, I'm just not ready for it yet. I'll wait til October or November lol.

I remember a Leaves body care in 2012, I am pretty sure this is the same because I loved it than but my family thought it was too intense in the spice dept. Did get Leaves,Fall in Bloom & Black Cherry Merlot lotions delivered today from the $5.95 sale. Went to my store today to check out the fall collection and used 3 rewards to get the matching body wash and bought some new foaming soaps. Waiting for the weekend sale to finish my collection with the body mist sale and the new Chasing Fireflies - it's a nice soft scent - and a few accessory items with my 20% off coupon I got , first one in months.
By the way it wasn't the Orchard collection of Blue Sky & Leaves or Rainkissed Leaves which came out in 2013. Had that one and it was a softer,sweeter fresh scent,actually just finished the perfume a few months ago. The old Leaves was as intense as the new one. Heavy on the cinnamon and clove which I love

It makes no sense to me that an existing scent that comes out every fall is one of the most anticipated scents of the year. This business should not have to be told to make all of their scents available in all the products they create. There should never be an occasion where they say "this long-existing scent is now available in this long-existing form".
Bonnie I went into the store to smell all the new body care. I really like Leaves too. I didn’t think I would. I can’t do the candle. I love love Together Weather. I will be getting the whole set. Black Cherry Merlot is strong in the lotion. It’s so lovely. I shall wait for a sale.
Yes, I got the lotion in Black Cherry Merlot, and it is pretty strong.....I remember last year I had it in the foaming hand soap, and was blown away how strong it was! (and I couldn't hardly smell anything then.....just had Covid )
Just got Leaves in the mail and so excited to get it. Love it if you like Michaels 10 out of 10 in my book. Getting two mists and two shower gels Friday. Well done❤
This is a 10/10 scent. Already grabbed 2 creams and will be grabbing 2 mist during this Friday sale. Later down the line i will grab even more😂😂! I am in luv with Leaves Candle and another Fall Fave Candle of mine tht id wish theyd make into bodycare is..The Perfect Autumn, i think itd be even better than Leaves!!! And for Christmas I wish they'd make Frosted Cranberry into a bodycare❤
Omg, YES to The Perfect Autumn in a body care!!! It's definitely one of my B&BW's favorite scents & it would be amaaazing! And just fyi, they have done Frosted Cranberry before in body care as well. I think the last time they did it was approximately three years ago.

It came out with White pumpkin chai, and Whipped almond vanilla. All 3 were MARVELOUS Scents,,but only white pumpkin chai returned th3 next Fall and Fall 2022😔. Thanks for the reminder 😉

Happy Monday Bonnie ! I got my BBW haul today & I love Leaves ! Only have the bc so far but smells sooooo good & yes has that spice in it that makes the scent strong. My new favorite for fall ! I picked up my bopis order and sprayed Leaves and the new Dragonfly or Firefly scent. Leaves was to strong but that new scent. That is fantastic. I almost picked up the fragrance but decided to wait for a sale. I did pick up some soaps though. Have a great night.
How would you compare Leaves to Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin? I find SCP to be a very strong cinnamon/cloves/spicy scent. Is Leaves that strong or does it have a noticeable apple note? Thanks!

Did some research and a former employee mgr blog was a 2009 scent. Wow can't believe I bought & used that one so long ago. Was disappointed when they failed to bring it back the following year,it was intense than so BBW actually did not tame it down in the present form.

I really love leaves. It's a controversial one for sure. A lot of people think that it's something that shouldn't be used on the body because it smells like a craft store.
My entire life I have sprayed apple-cinnamon room spray on me so that I can smell like that so I definitely can't relate to that opinion. I have been waiting for body care that smells like this for so long! I'm honestly bored of it in home frag.. leaves, pumpkin apple, harvest gathering,etc.. they all smell great but they all smell the same practically and that's really the only scent profile you can find this time of year so I like it more for body care!

I think the Shea butter throws off a lot of the body creams. I buy the lotions more for that reason. A lot of them smell off putting.

I don’t like it in the shower gel or body cream either, it’s too potent. I ended layering the spray with black cherry Merlot in the shower gel and body cream. I think it smells good that way lol. I am going to return my shower gel and body cream for another Black Cherry and vampire blood. By the way, I love your new background. It looks awesome!!!
I bought the soap leaves and for me it smelled like wet murky dirt so have this in mist and body care im not sure

Cloves! Honey I know you will grow up in the 80s like I did we were both born in 1970 I've never smoked a thing in my life but do you remember the smell of teens smoking clove cigarettes at all? And let me ask you if you ever wore'Skin' by Bonnie Bell. All the Jo Malone and Henry Rose Angel Issey Miyake you name the perfume I never get as many compliments is when I put on a dab of skin oil it's hilarious
