GA for undergrad is rare but for some programs they do offer such termed as "Tutorial Assistant" and normally for students already enrolled in the program. For undergrad or bsc related programs funding normally comes in the form of scholarships.

Your question is not clear but if I do get you lemme take it this way. The GA is offered by the department or school to help cover for your educational expense so you'll need to apply to that school and work on the GA concurrently.
