This explanation of the video is for those who find it difficult in understanding kannada
*boil 2 tsp of flax seeds in one n a half cup of water
* boil it for atleast 10 minutes and simmer for 2 minutes
* you can see water turning thick.. basically jelly like consistency
* cool the mixture. You can see thick gel when it comes to room temperature.
* filter the mixture with a cotton cloth or a strainer as shown in the video
Application :
* apply the mixture mainly on the scalp by diving hair to small partition (as shown in the video)
* apply the remaining mixture on tip of the hair and overall hair
* once you finish applying flax seed gel wrap your hair into a bun and leave it for at least one hour
*wash it off with mild shampoo or your regular shampoo (dilute shampoo with water before using
*you can see your hair shiny , silky and feels manageable
This gel is best if used in summers especially as it feels too cold on the scalp.
It soothes scalp irritation as it feels so cool when applied :)
