WWE has been stirring excitement among fans with a creative campaign involving QR codes and glitch effects, all leading up to the much-anticipated return of Bo Dallas to WWE television as Uncle Howdy.
According to earlier reports, Nikki Cross, Dexter Lumis, and Erick Rowan are set to join Howdy’s stable. However, it remains uncertain whether these wrestlers will take on new personas as part of the faction.
The first hints of Uncle Howdy’s return appeared at the end of the “Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal” documentary. The closing scene featured a lantern slowly panning out, accompanied by a mysterious voice urging viewers to “run.”
Last week, WWE.com featured a QR code that redirected fans to a page styled like late 90s website, further fueling speculation and excitement. Now, the homepage of WWE.com has been updated with an image resembling one used in the recent QR code campaign, simply captioned “Hello.”
