Please help me with this issue: I have a North America account and when trying to open an European account I have encountered a message that says "One of your seller account is terminated, so please use new credentials for registration " This is so messy. Have you heard of others with this issue?
You might have opened an account long time ago while you don't have the company's name ready but you may write to support with your NA account to find out what could happen for this message to pop out while you were trying to register in the European market

I have been trying to create an Amazon account without success for months (I am stuck in the verification process), but now I cannot enter to submit the documents because I don't have my cell phone to complete the two-step verification. Dan, I think Amazon now offers multi-channel fulfilment 3PL called Amazon MCF. Any thoughts of using them?
Hey AdoptAgust, MCF is Multi-Channel Fulfillment, it's not new but you could use this to manually fulfill off-of-Amazon orders (eg. on your website) from your FBA inventory by creating an MCF order on Amazon. There are also ways you can automate this more but it doesn't come with the other advantages of a separate 3PL - it's more a method of fulfillment using your FBA inventory :)
Hi Dan, first of all thanks a lot for the content you create. They are informative. So, when I am paying around $400 to AMZ to do all the logistics for me (for two pallets), why on earth do I want to pay $700 each time I want to move one pallet from 3PL to AMZ? That would increase the cost dramatically...
Hey SportGap, keep in mind I used Zone 4 and every product is different, your cost may be less. So in your case if you know local shipping is $400 for 2 pallets, then it would still be that to ship those 2 pallets the same distance locally (+ the 3PL fees which I would estimate at +-$200 in that case)

Hello Dan, Thank you for your video and information, just found out that Amazon launched a new program called "Amazon Warehousing and Distribution". Do you know how is it? Is it the same as 3PL?

In case of FBA: Dont you need to count your storage fees at Amazon? This is basically paying double storage fee? Do you still get Prime shipments if you can ship at one warehouse every time?
Hey Sisa, it's not double storage fees because your stock will be at either warehouse but not both, also usually you'll only have it at the 3PL for 1 -3 months and then it will all be at AMZ if you're using the 3PL simply for replenishing FBA stock.
The "one warehouse every time" benefit is for when you're replenishing stock to Amazon locally from the 3PL but this will have no impact on Prime eligibility once it's in Amazon's centers.
If you're shipping out your own orders to customers from the 3PL (not using FBA) for example for an Amazon FBM (fulfilled by merchant) listing, then Prime eligibility can be impacted. For this, Amazon offers the Seller Fulfilled Prime program which you can apply for. You'll need to match Amazon's FBA delivery times.
