If you buy Candy axe and Mogul Master then I would recommend buying the China one because it goes the best with it and in my opinion is the best out of every Mogul Master skins. I'd say Mogul Master + Candy Axe is better overall but if you don't have a lot of christmas skins Nog Ops is also an amazing option. Hope you can decide!

It's impossible to know! You can't really tell when a certain item will come to the shop at the exact date too so I have no info on that. No one really does...
