Basmati rice or Normal rice - 1/2 kilo - 4 glasses
Red lentils - - 1/2 glass or more
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon stick - 2
Cloves - 4
Sliced onions - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 3/4 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Water - 8 glasses
Green chilies - 5
Few mint and coriander leaves
INGREDIENTS FOR KHEEMA
----------------------------------------------
Oil - 4 tablespoon
Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon stick - 2
Cardamom - 2
Onions sliced - 2 big sized
Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 3 teaspoon
Salt - as required
Water - 1/2 cup
Minced meat (kheema) - 1/2 kilo / 500 gram
Dried fenugreek leaves - 2 teaspoon
Green chilies - 5
Few Coriander leaves
INGREDIENTS FOR TIL KA KHATTA

Sesame seeds - 1 cup
Tamarind - 1 cup
Green chilies - 5
Few mint and coriander leaves
Salt as required
Sliced onion - 1
FOR TEMPERING
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Dried red chilies - 4
Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 teaspoon
