Adam Craig glossing over his pro career so casually. He was/is awesome. Cool video, I need to get out there to ride.
Adam is a true player! That dude puts in work and does it FAST too!
Trail builder Ron is on a whole different level!!
Great content!
As an XC racer, most organizations give bonus points towards the championships for trail work. Thanks for spreading the word to the rest of the community.
That is great incentive to get out and put the work in!
Trail maintenance is the best cross training you can do for mountain biking.
Good call!
Great to see you out there Dustin! Looking forward to doing some back country rides with ya in the summer!
Thank you for the Inspiration Chris!
This is all fascinating! So grateful for the trail builders!
I have been doing trail work/building for 20 yrs. Could never agree which was more fun . Riding my bike or working trail. But riding my bike on trail that I worked , yeah, that's a blast. Thanks for getting busy on a trail DK !
Will be riding as much of the OTT as we can this July, since I'm not in state I'll donate to the cause!
Looks fun. I've helped with building up a trail before and it is a lot of work. But it is pretty awesome when runners and riders go over the newly built up trail as soon as it's available.
It sure is!
One of my friends from Kansas City works full time for the IMBA doing trail building and maintenance all over the country. Not a bad gig for her!
I think everyone should try trail work to get a better appreciation of what it takes to keep them looking nice.
The music never disapoints
Nice to see Adam!!!
Well done sir.
Myself and a few other friends call ourselves the Chronic Trail Builders. We maintain a portion of the LBL's N/S trail, we call Jenny Ridge. Its around 8 miles we care and shred for. It is very rewarding seeing the fruit of your labor. It's even better hearing hikers and other cyclists praise you for your civic duties. And even better yet is riding it with the homies!
Awesome. as a trail builder, thanks for doing this!
And thank you for doing the good work!!
Paying forwards and backwards and in the present. Great promo for us to all give time to trail maintenance and building DK.
Not really surprising that the legend that is Adam Craig gives back w/ #SweatEquity
That dude rules!
I saw Adam Craig win a cross race in full wheelie. Hilarious epic.
That’s awesome Dustin! Adam has been a staple in the mtb community for a long time and as a Giant Trance owner I got a lot to thank that guy for. Good on you for getting out and digging. Seems like you’re definitely embracing the mtb life as well. Gravel, mtb, and road all really compliment each other so well. Can’t wait to ride that trail through someday. Thanks for the stoke 👍
The mushrooms look like suillus species of some sort, probably. There was another video where you were checking for blue bruising on another mushroom. If you don’t already have it, check out All That The Rain Promises and More by David Arora. It’s the perfect intro to mushrooms. I think you’ll like his style.
I have that book. I should break it out more often.
Guy with beard looks like bassist Marco Mendoza
I volunteer with the trail crew at my local park. For me it’s a way to give back to a place that I’ve hiked/biked/run at least 2-3 times a week for the last 10 years.
hell yeah!!!!!
Throwing a 3" lift on my Sienna (hopefully getting a modular build out soon) because I'm tired of the snails pace white knuckle driving on fire roads
I know this pain!!
Even people in your trail building video are special. Did you hire them thru an agency and get Rapha to sponsor the video? :D
No dig, no ride :)
I love trail work and find it almost as rewarding as actually riding. It's great that you can show how much work goes into sustainable trails. There is so much more work that goes into trails behind the scenes as well. The politics of trails is something I could do without but it is a necessary evil. I really wish I lived closer to an area like that. The trails near where I live are not wilderness and more "suburban" in nature. It feels like every twig trimmed on a trail has to have a separate form filled out and approval by 8 agencies.
Nice video, it's about time I start giving back to my local trails!
Mint! Happy days 🕺🏁🏁
The stoke is strong with this one.
And the dig by the numbers.......or...... hey Ron, tell us about your tool...
those glasses though.
Helps to be 'Ron tall'.
no dig no ride
Cool
Is Dan Ron's long lost brother?
Whats the brand and name of the Google in the beginning ?
Greetings from Germany
Have only done minor trail work. I hate to say it but…….. the local group has a bad rap, too many bosses not enough workers.
