Hope you guys enjoy the video and get some value out of it!
Setup your LLC in Hawaii today with Bizee (Cheapest Method):

Bizee is the new and improved IncFile - they're the same company and still provide the same services, but with a new name.

Thank you for the help! Great video!! If I was operating as an individual, but now became an LLC, do I need to change the contract with my clients to reflect the LLC?

Can a foreigner also establish an LLC using the application?

I started off as a single member LLC. I added my wife on the business so now we are a Partnership. What steps do I have to take in filling taxes as a partnership?

Do you need your tax identification number before signing up or does Inc file handle that? Thanks!

Incfile gives you your EIN number if you go with the gold package, which we recommend!

Using that site, what are all the cons of using it?

The only con with the gold plan and above is that it costs extra money, but we highly recommend using it since they'll save you a ton of headache from figuring it all out on your own! If you want to go with the free option, you can always go with the silver plan where you just have to pay for the state fee which you'll have to pay anyways. You'll just need to get all your legal documents and EIN number yourself.
