Hello everyone and welcome to another video :-) In this one I FINALLY stayed in the book themed capsule hotel in Tokyo that I've been wanting to visit for ages. Japan has a lot of capsule hotels--but this one is pretty unique, in that, it's absolutely filled with books! It was so incredibly beautiful. It was an absolute dream to film these clips at the book themed capsule hotel. However, actually trying to sleep there... was a very memorable experience indeed 😅

the editing in this video is so effortlessly funny
(very) weird encounters aside, the idea that you can just go to a library and just ... not ... leave when the day is over sounds amazing. The lighting looks great with the wooden furniture and random books, it's such a mood, but ... I have a feeling I would want to fall asleep (somewhere else? :D) pretty quickly.
It was so funny to hear all that story happened, just hilarious. I was laughing like a kid 😂 ❤

Hostels are so hit and miss when it comes to nighttime happenings, this seems like one of those places where if you just picked it up and dropped it into a different district it would be the most lovely place. I stayed at a hostel like that in Canada once and it was the same sort of thing... the hostel itself was adorable, but it was in an entertainment district so it was surrounded by (tbh pretty unsafe) party crowds and had some very drunk guests.
its refreshing seeing this video, because ive watched other ones of this same place. now i understand that a locking and gender separated capsule hotel will be the place for me if i ever end up staying in one.

locking a door is a must for me too. I had to live in a shared space once for a very short time, even then, I made sure to lock my bedroom door. there's just a sense of safety in that. lovely vlog 😅💕

I loved the hanging of the Akira manga, that looked so cool, along with the idea of just going to a library and staying for a night.
