Tony nominee Leanne Cope took TheaterMania on a tour of her stomping grounds at the Palace Theatre, where she stars as Lise Dassin in the hit Gershwin musical An American in Paris. Watch as she shows us around her thoroughly decorated dressing room (fulfilling her lifelong dreams of a bedroom all her own), before demonstrating her glamorous daily routine of bludgeoning her toe shoes by the side of the Broadway stage. Ballerinas may look delicate, but as it turns out, that's just theater magic at work.

i just got recommended a video from 10 years ago about her as clara in the royal ballet and i’m shocked because she’s my teacher at one of my ballet associate programs!! i’m amazed to be taught by such a talented person, it’s so amazing but i didn’t realise that she was in so many fantastic productions!

I saw the show with the marvellous Leanne Cope on Saturday night 30th April 2022 in Sydney Australia. She's so elegant and beautiful. Her movements and grace, makes me want to see more ballet. Like the three male leads, I've fallen instantly for her.

Not able to see this show in NYC, I was delighted to see Leanne & Robert in the West End production filmed for PBS. I enjoyed it so much. It was magical in every way.

I saw this show May 27, 2017 at the Dominion Theatre, London. She's very good at all those ballet moves, in fact, in Seinfeld terms she is what is known as a "gymnast."
