Sir, can we had applied Dulux 3in1 and Done 3 coats of it. But finish is not satisfactory. Can we do final coat of Dulux velvet touch platinum glo as a final coat for better finish?? Will it be helpful for hiding uneven small bumps on walls

U can..but one coat is not enough...u need at least 2 coats...or it's depends on color shades ...what you have chosen..
