@@shirokuma196 I'm definitely going to mainly play it on PC, still hoping that it has the same save transfer like Arknights so at can at least play it on the go. I'm just hoping that Endfield is more story focus and less gacha compare to Arknight or else I'm probably going to crash.
I love how Hypergryph combines Arknights strategy gameplay, Base Building, Reclamation Algorithm mode, team action tactics combat and exploration with semi-open world. Also i get Death Stranding and Xenoblade vibes too. Its great, Hypergryph cooking.
They applied some mechanic of Xenoblade or FFXII in their gameplay. You can swap Character if you want at any time. Let's look at skill. I think each character have 3 skills and 2 passive skill like Arknight. You can only choose one active skill for each character. When you click the shortcut of skill in combat, it will automatically change character and execute their skill. If you swap character fast enough you can create combo skills (For example in Xenoblade: Break>Tople>Lauch>...). We also see each character have element bellow the name. That's new and could lead to many things may happen. More than this we can saw the circle like a clock outside the skill which have 5 parts. It is full when you do normal attack. Which mean the Ultimate of Skill can be executed when it's full. Look at cutscreen of Dragon girl. It's Ultimate skill when clock is full. For example: Skill Fire (5 tiers) is stronger for each tiers and you can execute anytime you want. If it is full you can excute Ultimate skill Dragon Fire...
I wonder how they will balance the difficulty in terms of it being strategic. Action combat often times means it's up to ur reflexes in terms of how difficult combat encounters can be and while that may be a learning curve at some point, the combat will need to do more to stay challenging but hey, action combat is just very different from TD. I just wanna see more of the combat systems.
@@julz19 To me it looks like action combat from JRPGs like Tales of Arise but yeah, I wanna see more of the combat system to see if it will have more strategic depth.
2:55 they look like energy towers where you build them in range of a transmitter to build things nearby them. 6:03 ^ 9:10 well we get new art and new abilities so we may get new abilities still but not sure on the rest 10:30 for me it looks more on the character as they scroll through the tabs and there isnt one for weapons. Im thinking the first tab is character current stats and second is the leveling tab where you can see stat increases when you go to level them. 14:10 id say open world instances since loading screens. 14:15 i mean crafting is likely why yiu pick things up from around the map. Rest of it: I plan to join from the beginning as well and im excited to see you play this while i do it too haha. Looking forward to the future (and the pv react)
second tab has to be weapons since all characters are level 40 yet when it switches to the dragon girl the level on the 2nd tab says 38 loading screens during fast travel is also part of open world non instanced games
Game seems interesting, graphics look good, never played Arknights.. but this might be something i would definitely like to try depending on when it releases for global. Hope you get into the technical test bro, would definitely like to see a bit more of it if possible.
Honestly a lot of it from the battle ui, the characters following, and a bit of the combat kind of reminds me of xenoblade. (Definitely a good thing in my book)
I'm not a fan of tower defense games that's why i didn't play arknights, but I loved the story. After seeing Arknights Endfield i can't fucking wait for the CBT.
I did say this to you last year on your ex astris + endfield no news video : They will bring something more to the table when they're ready. You disagreed. Turns out they really do cooking. Glad to see them finally reveal everything.
i hope somehow we could increase the squad size, i mean Arknight a tower defense game got so many update, gameplay mode and improvement you couldn't even thought existed in it in the first so they surely could on this one. imagine something similar like mount and blade bannerlord in Endfield or even total war, fck im creaming.
This looks amazing like so many other games. I think you need to release a guide on how to manage time when playing multiple open world gachas. The field is getting deep with Wuthering, Mugen, Breakers and now Arknights on the way... I honestly don't know when your family sees you considering what you currently play.😅🙃
Family? What's that? Lol 😂 Just kidding, it's easy when you play on a phone. Just play when you're away from the computer. I have no shame. My mom has literally seen me playing NIKKE before when I visited
@@IAMCha0tik pending who your manually using, NIKKE really isn't that bad but totally understandable. I currently play 5 gachas and still anticipating console releases. For me, truly, what family lol.
From what I can see from the gameplay it looks like Final Fantasy game! Where the characters stay static and you just press the kills or the abilities. I thought it was going to play like Weathering Waves! I could be wrong😅 if anyone find out about the gameplay mechanics please let me know

So the combat is real time rather than turn based? Ngl this looks pretty epic and I've never played Arknights before due to it being a tower defense game.
Quick question, what do you think about putting vehicles in? I think they’d fit in quite well, but with how fast those transporters are, they might not put any in. 🫤 I feel like vehicles would definitely fit in well tho.

When I saw the gameplay and trailer I was like a kid going on a field trip, but then followed by despair because I have so little time to play games
for me. I now once again have to decide which game to let go so I can have space on my tablet.

When I saw the Xenoblade styled combat system my hype levels went through the roof!
HG really out here just popping back up out of no where with a banger. I’m super excited for this game.
at the beginning you basically pulled a power line behind you and the max range of the power line is 80 meters
I can see they took some notes from Death Stranding when it comes to building base and using zip line and I like it
SO
MUCH
YES
Love the analysis man. Didnt notice there were weapon stats. Could mean weapon gacha but overall game looks clean this is amazing news.

Orirock farming for bases 💀

Fast travel towers remind me of Death stranding
RPG with party combat is a thing that i always love, just like Divinity series or the current best: Baldurs Gate 3....
Very excited...
Will we have Characters EPs for Enfield too? :v
Then let's start buying Originite to fund their musicians
My jaw dropped, This is so cool😭💎
Looks like the better version of Arknights Reclamation Algorithm gamemode. And the building mechanism looks like satisfactory.
Anime death stranding with tab target combat is what I get out of this
The first build looks like Lancet-2
i think closed beta so no streams allowed i dont know! it would be so lit to see you stream it !

Strand type game, nice
AK UI design is PEAK!
Death stranding vibe with the tower (I like them). Cook more my favourite music company. Cook. MORE.
Death stranding without the delivery
She literally says Chi Xiao when she uses her ability ... hmmm
I will admit this is a step up from the original Arknight's "tower defense" gameplay.
Are they prioritizing pc for this? Playing all of that on phone seems rough
This is huge. and I'm loving all of it
What about teh teaser trailer 2
Looks promising planning to play this game even tho i didn't play the current arknights
Bruhh forget other games , Wuthering Waves , Girls Frontline , the spiderman gacha (i forgot the title) and Enfield is enough for me ❤❤❤
just hope the combat will be good. it looks as if the controlled character automatically attacks ? not sure!
Looks like a base building strategic open world rpg, with xenoblade like combat mechanics
When I thought I wouldn't get any more hyped with the 4.5 anni stream, then they dropped this. Absolutely insane.
The base building seems like it's framed around terraforming the surface
Okay the gameplay feels kinda like anime dragon age and gotta say I'm here for it.

yeah, because of that i might willing to sell my kidney to buy RTX 3060 or AMD at least.
THATS CRAZY
The battle is kinda like Xenoblade/Dragon Age 2 combat.
the fact they have 3 guards on the squad already is funny HG is unable to lift the curse of guardknights
THEY COOKING
LETS FCKING GO!!!
also dont know if anyone pointed this out but it seems you need to use the normal skills a certain number of times to use the big skill
YO CHAOTIK THERES STILL THE ANIMATION PV!!!!
It's already uploaded but I'm waiting a bit haha
They were cooking, and now we get to eat!
damn, i need to update my PC now ....
