Have my own Orbit coming in the mail. :) So happy. Also Captain, if you need something to speedload the Orbit, just hold off on pulling back the follower and empty a 12 round Nerf rival mag into the Orbits tube mag, then hold a finger over that hole and pull back the follower. That should allow the follower to get past those twelve rounds and then you would just have to shove in a couple extra to fully load it at 14.

So the with the meteor in your left hand hit the mag release with your pinky. I’ve also thought about making a stock extension for the orbit that lets you have a five round loader inside of it

I have a 14kg worker longshot spring in my Orbit, works great, no further mods needed, turns ot into a beast, and you can use rival mags as speedloaders.
Last weekend i played at island infestation 1 and a german player had an orbit with an retaliator stock glued to it. He also made a custom loading gate from pvc tube for easyer acces.
I’m thinking the Orbit could use a stock that can hold a speed loader on a track or something. You could lock it in and have it in reserve while you load normally, but then you could slide it forward and dump the rounds when you need to make a quick reload. Then you could remove the speed loader and replace it with a full one when you reach a break in the fight. Alternatively, you could have a simple fixed stock with a bunch of slots for speed loaders kinda like a Modulus stock.

The meteor fits a Longshot spring. I cut a spring into the right length and out it in. Works pretty well with. It's a 9kg spring and delivers around 125 fps, so.... It hurts getting hit with it 😅
I got a worker 14 kg longshot spring in it, it fits with no modifications, the 18kg one fits to but it allready hits like a truck and i doubt the shell can take it.
I didn't know this video or comments existed until today. I opted for Out of darts longshot/lynx 8kg spring based on the size of the spring in another vid. Wanted to stay away from 13 and 14 kg since those blatantly disrupt the prime in kronos without t-pull. Don't wanna break my arms or the blaster. 6KG gets you a constant 100 - 9 kg supposedly 125ish according to comment above. I suspect 8 kg will be smooth without too much disruption. Might have to trim. We'll see.

I would like to see the Buzz Bee Agitator or the Adventure Force Frantic Fury. Apparently, it has a thinner priming rod compared to the Thermal Hunter (Buzz Bee's previous pump action magfed blaster). Also the Mutator would be interesting. That thing can take two magazines and change between them.
With this specifically, I'm interested in the idea of making a stock that could sit/fit a rival mag and bump the capacity from 14 up to 26. While it is outside my realm build wise but it seems pretty damn viable. That, and 26 round shotgun blaster - heh...heheheheh.
If I can get my hands on an orbit, I'll make a spas 12 style stock and send you the files, I'll probably make it out of plexiglass, as my 3d printer isn't working

darn, just bought a pair of gold accented meteors, one of them behaves a bit strange occasionally so i was hoping to beef it up with a k26, so disappointed, any chance you have any other suggestions for this blaster?
Well just because it will not fit k26 does not mean it won't fit other upgrade springs. I do not know which ones fit but someone out there probably does.

nothing to do with springers, but I'm working on a build with a titan tank, and the valve in the tank doesn't seem to work. I tried connecting a pump, and the seal was a little off, but the tank didn't have any air in it when I fired. Anyone have any advice other than get the seal working properly?
@@CaptainXavier after some testing, I was mistaken in my diagnosis. The problem is the sealant glue I had used on the hose wasn't strong enough, and had popped. The tank itself is okay.
@@CaptainXavier should really test k14 and k25 ashwell for the reverse plunger blasters. K14 fits other k25 so any blasters that have springs like that you should give it a try. I think u can get k25 in a retaliatory if u make powerstock
Hey, I have a Nerf Stryfe my friend tried to modify but kinda broke it, I'll pay anything if you can fix it Edit: Looks like he messed up everything, got rid of the rev trigger, mag well is broken, paint destroyed the battery cover, and it's not screwed together correctly

If you make the folding stock you could put a speed loader in the stock that interfaces with the reload port so you could load easier
Put it on a slide so it can be moved from out of the way to in position, or have it seperate so it can be out the way till needed
