My mum used to buy my shoes in the Clarkes Shop in the 1960s...and in the '70s I used to go to Smiths to buy Bike, Classic Bike and Dirt Bike.

A fine town. The High Street has always reminded me of a smaller version of Marlborough's. Good film.
