Ingredients
✨250 gm rice
✨1 litre milk
✨1 cup heavy cream
✨250 gm sugar
✨3-4 Cardomom
✨Water (to boil rice)
*Recipe*:
✨Soak the rice in water
✨ Add water in a pot ,turn On the flame and add soaked rice
✨Boil the rice completely
✨Now add milk and cook it for couple minutes
✨Add sugar and cardomom
✨when the sugar dissolves completely add heavy cream
✨Mix it well
✨Cook it for couple minutes
✨Malai Rice Pudding is ready
✨Serve and enjoy
