This one and 'Flying High' are the two new ones that grabbed me the most on 'Conqueror'. Of course Kanami is brilliant, and seeing Akane activate gorilla mode is a treat. Solid bass work and vocals as expected. : ) Miku's backing vocals sound more forward in the mix for a lot of the songs on this album.
This song would have to be up there with the best. It’s an awesome album...takes Many listens. My favourites from Conqueror would be Flying High, Blooming, The Dragon Cries, Rinne. (But most of the other tracks, ie Wonderland, Bubble, Glory are just brilliant too, so it’s a tough call. A VERY different album for BM!)
I paid $47 (£36!) for the "Type A" Special edition album from the Band Maid shop, and I don't want to hear any more songs off it (including this one) until I get the album for Christmas*...and every reactor out there seems to be reacting to it. * at least I hope I'm getting it for Christmas. They haven't sent it yet.
Love your "chair rockin'" reaction. Does that chair come with a seat belt? I'm just looking out for your safety. A 10 out of 10 video might eject you out of the chair and into the stratosphere!

They switch between genres smoother than any band I've ever heard, but on this one I think they invented their own genre in the middle there.
