Are you using the GoPro suction cup? If so, how does it hold up on the truck? I was thinking about doing the same thing but maybe on the bumper or the front of the truck.
That is a Roto Ray light that spins while the truck is driving and stop when the truck is parked and is designed to be at the height of a rear view mirror to grab you attention while your driving
I know your comments old but based on how flat the front of the truck is it's most likely a Seagrave. They are common makers of ladders and towers along with American Lafrance.
