You can definitely hear the Mick Gordon touch. That said, this sounds different from what MiW got us used to, and I'm totally down for it.
It's still Motionless, but they keep inventing new twists to themselves, it's amazing!!
With Mick Gordon, I was expecting something heavier like a version of cyberhex, but this song is still beautifully put together and very catchy. This is definitely going to be a rock-solid album!

Chris is more than just screams his clean vocals have really improved since they first formed as a band, if all you expect is screams and growls constantly then you'll always be disappointed. Bands change over time, some more subtle than others.
When I heard "be not afraid" near the beginning I out loud went "holy sh*t". Killer song. Love the instrumentals, vocals, symbolism, lyrics, and how it all comes together. Every song I've heard so far from this album has been great. Cant wait for the next release!

Chris has improved his voice so much over the years. This song shook me. I've heard their entire discography MANY times, and this caught me by surprise. I'm so impressed with everything these guys do. I've never been more proud to be a fan of a band. 🧡🎃🤘🏼

He has definitely improved over the years and it shows on each album as he progressively gets better! For the longest time, his cleans were ass live and then out of nowhere he got "okay" and recently a few years ago he became "GOOD"!! Love to see bands from HS improve and become better and venture out! Though Creatures will always be my fave!

@Jason Hook autotune isn’t a magic “make you sound amazing” button, you have to already be good. Autotune just helps clean up barely noticeable hiccups

Mick Doesn't usually play guitar when he's featured. He provides the overall atmosphere and ambiance that makes the track not sound like a normal metal song, usually you can hear it in the background of the songs that doesnt sound like the drums, guitar, bass, etc. He does this for the band Monuments most recent album.
