To get to the oil rig just use Jetragon, fly very high up, the lasers can’t hit you way up, then drop straight down into the water and use the ramps up. And when you leave just shoot straight up very high again and then leave. And as you said having pals with you aren’t helpful. Just use rockets to take out the enemies.

It is exactly 3 hours for the drops. it is real time. But you have to be in game. If you log out, the timer stops(on single player). Then resumes when you log back in.
its 6 hours for the scrap piles if your farming them on the new island. just pick them up after your meteor and then go re-farm every 2 meteors after that. edit: the max of 50 total is a big mistake imo. you get the pots at a pretty even rate and for the people seriously farming them your going to be maxed out in a couple weeks. at that point we are going to have that annoying "assign stat points" warning every time we log in. no bueno.
Appreciate the information. I bet you're loving that new Philanthropist passive when ranking up pals once you get the ones you want, huh? Sure speeds up the breeding process when all you care about is more bodies to feed to the one you need to rank up. I got 5 shroomer nocts ranked up to 4 stars in no time thanks to it! Too bad we didn't have it when ranking up all those Jetragons and Blazamuts!

The chest can respawn while you are on the oil rig. It happened to me yesterday. I had a phone call so I had to afk. I came back and everything had respawned including the chest. It had switched positions from the green building to the one by the containers.
Selyne seems bugged as you can't fire any weapons while riding. So enhancing damage only applies to her attacks. Also, it's strange that Xenogard shows a spawn area in the Paldeck covering the starter islands, but no meteors drop there. And yet, the other two Pals don't even have a spawn area listed.

wierd "can't be on the oil rig when it does respawn" i was on the other side of the rig clearing everything and when i came back to the same spot i got it from before respawn it was there to be open again (probably part luck)
i made a few version of seylene. i ended up going with swift, burly body serenity and musclehead after testing all the different variations out. shes pretty squishy and stupidly slow. even with giving up 2 passives for mobility and HP she still seems to do pretty solid damage and one shots everything that isnt a legendary or raid boss
I'm trying to maximize CC's for the raid to try to do Ultra. 5 Ozerks for stun, 5 Shroomer Noct for vines, 5 Noct Stallions for frost (not sure why I didn't just do Frostallions. I think because I could breed the helzeapher for traits). 5 Jetdragons just because. The rest Knoklem tanks and jormunger ignis. All but the knoklem I didn't super try for IVs, so just whatever I could get 70+. Knoklem I'm maxing out via breeding, although I may give up and use the potions for the last few points that are being difficult.
Are you talking about blazamut raid? If so don't use ice pals because he is dragon/fire so can't be frozen. If it's Bellanoir, nevermind forget my comment
100% does. I upgraded my Orserks from basic to with passives (Nocturnal, Artisan, Work slave, Serious) and it cut my need down from 3 to 2 for 4 wells. 4* you might be able to get away with 1 per 4 wells which would be nice.
I think once you reach the electricity requirement of the oil extractor, that's your limit. Adding more electricity won't hasten the process, but reducing the electricity below the extractor's consumption would slow it down for sure.
Idk if this has been mentioned but the pal that spawns with the meteor isn't random. I've gotten 10 selynes in a row in Sakurajima and the only 2 of another alien pal that spawned were in the lvl 40ish ice and volcano zones. I haven't encountered a Xenovader yet either so my guess is those are in the desert.

They are a triggerd event, and always trigger near you. Most likely they are triggering for someone else, so you just arn't getting lucky. With once every 3 hours per server, that's gonna be a really long grind.

there are a whole bunch of options but you have to do a transfer breed. there really aren't any midpoints that can benefit from having earth emperor on them so pick your favorite. the easiest chain for me was Anubis + Grizbolt = Ragnahawk + Astegon = Knocklem, but you can do it with any of the legend pals as well. IE Sibelyx + Jet or Paladius works as well and you can get Sibelyx a ton of ways including Jorm + Anubis.
Yeah dungeons are pretty much unusable on my S too. I can sometimes get through one on the snow mountain or volcano after a couple crashes, but haven't been able to do one on the new island at all
@@PalWorldFanatic-bx7fl tested it myself it works for the meteorites / supply drops but not for the oil rig chest, however it breaks it if you return to your original time (e.g if you "time travel" 5 days ahead then set your time back to normal you wont get time based events until you catch up with the 5 days ahead)

Thanks man the first few times i got underneath easy dodging the lasers but after that they keep hitting me and tracking me.. even through walls.
the easiest way to get to the base is to use a swimming pal or a hovering pal like vanwyrm and the lasers won’t shoot you
Pals are deffo helpful, shadowbeaks divine disaster kills everything instantly if condensed and full souls
You can also use the grapple gun/glider pal technique to get to the oil rig without being lasered.

If that's the 1 with the large rock spikes you can't fit all 3 in one base according to others.

What i heard is they drop every 3ish hours in real time.
I use a dual base raid setup, you can have 40-100 pals fighting at once. Pretty laggy if you're too close but it's pretty fun

Meteors do drop there one dropped while i was playing yesterday
It's not a bug, enhance DMG always work on pals only, like Shadowbeak, blazamut etc. You confuse with apply DMG.

With the new raid boss at 0 health he changes to electric gets health again and fights you anew, so be ready for that, I was not.
that's why he is breeding the knocklem, they are ground type and probably the best ground type in the game right now.

Yakumo is great for legendary farming because they come with legend and element buff already so the last 2 passive are easier to get

On the public severs it seems like the meteors don't drop. I hear them once in a while. But I never see them and I never get a notification.

On the series-s the dungeons crash a lot. I changed my spawn rate all the way down to 0.5, still crashing after every attempt.
