I had one of those multi-colored markers to write what I did each day in a corresponding color. First two months I had to write tiny to fit everything... by the end of March I just used a black marker to write COVID across several weeks, and soon became too apathetic to even flip that calendar page. It still sits on the wall of my room as monument to my hubris. I'm tempted to try again this year but I don't want to incur the wrath of the gods/chaos/universe.
Whatever happened to realistic goals like sleeping in late 7 days a week watching more TV then the Last year getting tackle box to do more of your job so you can spend extra time at the holiday 👏👍
That Kodiak waffle mix is good, but not too great for macros n stuff. I look forward to Jan 1st seeing all the new people at the gym and taking stock as to who is going to make it and who isn't, all while trying to help them be comfortable in the gym.

i hate how they advertise "low fat" as if it were a healthier option. If you want to actually drop a few lbs, get rid of some carbs and add more fat and protein instead. Cheese, Pork Rinds, or Beef Jerky are all delicious and have very low starches/sugars. starches and sugars are the enemy. fat is good. protein is good. That said, i know it was all done for comedic effect, and I like these videos ... I even switched from beer to whisky and the el bees have been dropping away nicely. Now I can shovel snow without getting out of breath or dying from heart attacks so i don't have to waste money or time on a snowblower!
