Good to see you back! What advice would you give someone who has lost motivation with fitness but also someone who doesn’t want to sign up to an event?
Thats a really good question! I would suggest you start off by walking 20mins everyday (preferably the morning) it’s a great way to kick start the day. Do that 5 - 7 times a week for a couple of weeks. Then start incorporating running. Run half a mile at an easy pace then walk half a mile. Do that for a couple of miles. After a few weeks just slowly increase the mileage. The most important thing is getting out even if it’s just for a walk. Build that discipline back :)
