Im always working with created players, it sucks you cant edit their looks after you closed the editmenu and it sucks they get deleted after a while in the game. Not enough support and possibilities

Yeah it'd be cool if you could choose a setting where you have to prove yourself at a low league team and show your worth before managing a top club. And also if you do badly with a good team and get sacked, then you're forced to manage worse teams.

I remember back FIFA 14-17 there was some sort of match highlights on career mode like could hear the results of other matches, like they tell you if man city or any other team played during the day will update how the score was think EA should bring that back too.
i was playing pes 2018 recently and i noticed they had a pot commentary lines and i think they should add more lines to make the game feel different. Also we shoukd add a familliar voice.
There should add owner mode and pundit mode and A referee mode and create your own backroom stuff and online career mode and add behind the scenes when players come into training sign autographs for fans and do interviews on your new signings and man of the match interview and bring back different arenas in practice Arena x
They should add roles for players like rotation or something like that to player career mode so if you train every time before games that your not instantly in the starting XI at real madrid when your 68 rated

In manager career mode’s scouted youth academy players should be able to customize hair styles and facial hair just like real players change haircuts from time to time
I would like pre season games to feel like pre season games, like lose the high energy celebration and just have the subtle celebrations. Also for games if you're winning with high margins like the celebrations shouldn't be so exaggerated.
I hope it's actually decent. Some of that stuff was already in the game before, like social media, match intros, and technically even jumping in to a season in the middle (Matchday Live kinda).

Yes, you were able to use them after promoting them to the first team squad. After promoting them you were able to use them in matches or loan them out. In FC 25 you can use the players in a certain gamemode inside of the youth academy, you can actually play your youth players before promoting them.
They still gonna buy my 90 rated striker for £400 million in the fourth season? Are my players still gonna harass me about playing every game, even when a clearly better player is in the position, then force a move? Is the Board still gonna tell me I only did alright since I didn’t play enough youth, even though I had them win the Premier League? Something I would love for career mode is the auto created players when they’re young (like 15 or 16 years old) for them to grow physically like if I bring a 6 foot 15 year old then I want him to 6’2 or 6’3 by the time he’s 18 or 5’5 and have him grow 5’8 o think it would be really cool
They should allow you to tell where players go while attacking or defending. For example you tall modric to go to the penalty stip when you are giving a cross. Tell haaland to go to the first post, and tell kroos to wait outside of the box. That js when you really can use YOUR tactics
I wonder if they finally made it possible to have 2 nationalities in (player) carreer mode so players will at some point have to choose for which national team they wanna play. Maybe get offers from both countries or only 1, could be a nice addition to the game i think

if the midfielders especially the defensive ones come back to help the defense line instead of leaving the opponent, then that's a good change. The other issue is the CBs following the attackers to the baseline and leaving the front of the box open. just solve these two and it's enough for me. let alone other changes.
I wish they could do something for players over 32 years old... Of course most players abilities detoriate with time but there are more than a few players (even in smaller leagues) who can cut it at their mid 30s and not drop 3-4 overalls a year... It makes them kinda useless and in real life thats not the case... Maybe having an overall loss limit based on player position and performance could keep these players a solid option in the game especially for lower tier teams...

I just want features like 2K’s. Like I want to see and go to the Balon D’or. I want to receive the golden boot. I want to be able to request a transfer to a specific team or league. I want wages to be able to be spent on attributes, there’s no way in hell I get 200k a week and it means nothing. I’d love to negotiations with my agent when I get a transfer.. I don’t think height should be restricted in career mode. Maybe I want to be 6’7 striking god like zlatan (I know he wasn’t 6’5) but why does height get penalized? I want to be a 99 in any position I play.
While I left Fifa/EA 10 years ago, those changes give me hope that career mode is actually getting some attention. In particular, the live mode where you can jump into real life seasons is amazing. I remember it from EA's football manager.

It sounds like this new Rush mode will be used within your youth academy where you'll get a chance to play with them at their full rating
