We should #boycottZomato coz this will impact the profitability of restaurants also will be more cost burden to customers and they won’t get value for the money. Please add this in your reel or video so that more people will get educate by this else these companies will continue arm twist the common people.
As a cloud kitchen owner "Nutribliss in south delhi", it's true for us to provide value to customer because they charge us such a high commission for their profitability. Now I am planning to open up an offline outlet soon.

Zomato ki customer service ghatiya hai, even i stopped using zomato. I didnt get the complete order delivered at home, and it happened twice but they didnot give back my money. Therefore i left zomato forever. I was frequently placing orders from zomato before that incident. Just bcuz of one bad customer support executive, they lost one very regular customer

Why everyone is just mentioning that it's bad idea to get listed on swigy or Zomato
My pov is
If we get listed on these platforms and our sales get increased volume of sales will be high which will lead to decrease in cost per unit and in long term you will get good profit
I agree commission is high but you can see they are increasing ur market reach , leading to increase in number of orders providing advertisement facility and food delivery too think about it if you have to do this all by yourself and manage it too
So according to me its not bad idea to get listed because if you won't and your competitors get listed or some new competitor get listed then it can shake your current business too and u may not able to survive in long term
Think about nokia and other phone company u will get it what I want to say

Bhai woh 100 mein se 14% nikala bache 86 rupees + 2km ka hota hai 28 i.e 14rs pe km. Then 86-28=58. Uske baad 15% kya kya add kiya= GST/CGST? Yeh part thik se explain kar do. Rest raw material etc woh toh self explanatory hoga depend on the item menu mein se. Thanks in advance.

No.As I understood there is Max cap of 50 %of the item price .for example rs.100 item price and order comes from 10 km .
Zomato will charge 14. + 5 % gst which is around in total tal rs.15/

The registration of restaurant on Zomato it's a need of market now because as we all know everything is getting online now either shopping clothes or food or groceries only weekends and festive season or holidays make people to go out side in restaurant or do visit mall for fun and if Zomato is taking commission from orders means agr aapki sales Zomato krvayega tbhi Zomato ko profit otherwise unko bhi kuch profit ni hoga apko list krke

But today I connected with Customer Service and mentioned by them
"We would like to inform you that there is a service fee of 12% and a fulfillment fee will be charged at a rate of Rs 14 per kilometer. The fulfillment charge is essentially the fee paid by you to Zomato for delivering orders to customers, ensuring that orders are delivered perfectly within the specified time.
The total capping will be till 30% or the order value"
Example:
Suppose if a order of 150 Rs comes from 4 km
Base commission will be 12% of 150 that is 18 Rs
Fulfillment fee will be 14 Rs per km, for 4 km it will be 56
So as per calculation total commission will be 18 + 56 =74
And 74 is clearly more than 30% of 150
In this case commission charged will be 30% only which is 45
Can you please add your input so that I'll be easy to take my decision?
