i cant say it often enough: i love ur lore-warrior series ^^ and i lobe the alleycat ;) cant wait to get my hands on it when its out for Cbills \(^,^)/
surely not, its a formidable Mech, and i normaly prefer heavier types as the Thunderbolt, Griffin or Assaults as atlas, King Crab and such ^^ but also have a lot of fun with my Spiders and other faster, support mechs =)
Seemed in the table top is was more of a flanker for heavy and assault mech. Just bunny hopping around the battlefield. Not sure how a PPC mech got good at city fighting?
+Mike George I am guessing it struck from building tops or from the flanks along blocks with the PPC and snuck up with the SRM mostly. The minumum range isn't that big an issue when you can just jump away to the next set of buildings to hide.
+Critical Rocket Not sure why the game seems to think that roof tops are a good idea for something the size of a mech. Seems like most players do that once until they either miss a piloting roll or get hit enough to cause a piloting roll. Nothing like some good fall damage to keep you off the buildings.
+Mike George Probably because it looks cool for pictures and makes for some interesting story notes about the pilot jumping to the top of the building, firing his PPC and jumping to the next building.
Epic Gaming Yeah its shocking really, I was expecting PGI to simply ignore the cat style head and go more generic with its design, so hats off to them.
Nice video, out of interest what are your thoughts on the new Wave III pack? It's got a pretty solid line up and personally I can't wait to see them in combat, seeing the Gladiator in the field might make people shit themselves more than seeing a Dire Wolf, hopefully. It's pretty much the Gargle's big brother.
Denchie Dean The Executioner/Gladiator looks quite mean, almost monster like on the artwork so I am hoping it brings more terror than your average Dire Whale. I think this pack will garner the most money since it has two fan favourite clan 'Mechs in the shape of the Shadow Cat and Cauldron Born. There also seems to be a heavy emphasis on Gauss rifles in the prime variants which sounds fun. Honestly though, unless these 'Mechs bring something new to the table to either out perform or outshine the Timberwolf and Stormcrow these new 'Mechs will probably only be seen in public matches and not at all in CW. Still I am looking forward to them, they all look cool anyway (maybe not the executioner) originally, so the art team should be able to create some impressive new designs.
Critical Rocket Well two of the three bring MASC to the table which is interesting, so hopefully they actually implement this in a way that gets results.
Denchie Dean Yeah I read a summary of the town hall meeting and he mentioned MASC being worked in a different way. I assume this also means we will see the Flea at a later date a freebie addition later in the year.
Critical Rocket I'm afraid during Town Hall Russ confirmed the Flea will not see the light of day as they aren't going to work on it. :( Maybe later in the later future but for the time, no flea.
Playing Battlefield game has made me hate this mech. So many pilot injuries, and it takes way too long to die. In other words, a good mech I never want to use.

+Critical Rocket Not like I didn't own the "CityTech" set.
Mike George
The one set my brother didn't own when he was playing back in the day.
It has a panther head as its head wow

Well the Wolf's Dragoons will be hearing about this at the next WI meeting!
I would like it more if it wasn't so slow-
Oh my God, Utrecht, shut UP. We heard you the first time.
