I remember when nobody wanted to come to Downtown Silver Spring and everything was boarded up. Ironically, City Place might have been the first step in the revitalization effort. I feel as if DC and even Bethesda exploded in price -- with Downtown Silver Spring right there in between to capture a lot of growth from those who had been priced out.
I love this area of Maryland.
It has a lot to offer but can be confusing if you do not know where you are going.
