Such a fantastic version, much better than the original in my humble opinion. I always love the songs that have got that Paul and Steve touch. Weller's voice is just pure soul to me, him and Richard Ashcroft. Soooo fucking good..Yes deff should pop up in a live set, It so works ..
I far prefer this version to the Style Council's original. It's simplicity brings out the depth and feeling that is so clear when you hear the song played live.

I like how its a style council song, but in a completely different Arrangement, using his sound from the early part of his solo career.

Actually I think he should do more TSC or late Jam songs live. They would fit well. Bitterest Pill could be a great one to do for example.
