Longish horizon: As an example In 2004 someone we know sold property worth thirty million in F7 and D12 to invest in the grand DHA. 20 years later that same property in CDA is worth 500 million. (Just the land) What they have in dha now is barely 2/3 that...around 300 million So if they had steered clear of dha they would be much better off SO, YES BE EMOTIONAL and avoid dha. Otherwise you will keep getting poorer over time ( relatively) Oh and last few years jazib sahib checked relative increase in D12 and Dha himself and agreed that dha went up by 2.2 times but D-12 by 3 times. And this keeps happening. Even worse once cda goes up, it doesn't go down. Look what happened to dha 2,5 and all others in 2023-24. Do you really want to invest here?
