- I was so mad when I heard ark was charging for a dino i was ready to disable it from spawning on the server until I heard it was a shoulder kitty/mount shadowmane combo. I am the problem. Here's my method of taming them

Another super easy way to tame one is;
You could use a wyvren to just drop the turtles in a box near the pyromane to SO you can tame one anywhere on the lava island.
Edit: Doing this on a Argy is slow af... Just use a dragon or giant bug
True enough. An excellent tip. I make people wait 2 weeks after a map comes out to bring over dinos so this was just my transfer free way of doing it.
@@StrafingThroughLife yeah - I did it with an argy first - you can’t pick up turtles with that so I used a bunch of Parasuars, and they are slow so it took a second haha

I have been trying for 3 days now and I can not get it! But I didn't know there was a 5 min cool down! I'm trying again this evening!
You dont need to build a raft..just get him in the water and fly low and slow with your pt and he will swim over after you works everytime

U don't need a raft guys just use a pt level 100 and above with Stam. The pyro is extremely aggressive and will ignore other dinos just to kill u bring it to the water. Or somewhere u know theirs alot of dinos to kill rexs and scorpions work the best make sure u hit r1 and r2 when it's at 100% taming. I legit used a sword for a level 150 . Make sure u use armor and u can easily tank.
