Honestly the card effects haven't been all that interesting so far this expansion, but this feels like the first time pretty much every card name / art has matched the expansion theme and I'm loving that.
new "dead man's hand" legendary may let dmh Brann work in duels, because you already can combine discover hero power and hunter questline to get infinit refrash of spells, so if you have only spells in hand, you can recast some spells infinitly turn after turn and multiple times per turn. Brann have board clears, armor gain, minion disraption, burst damage and secrets. If it will play, it will perform very long games.
So about Crowd Surfer. I'm not going to talk about how you misread it, just it's application. Crowd Surfer : 1/1/1 Murloc : Deathrattle: Give ANY other minion +1/+1 and this Deathrattle. There are classes (usually in duels) that can really trigger and abuse deathrattle. Yes, his effect isn't that good compared to others, BUT if I was to trigger him and buff my opponent's minion, then kill their minion, if it was their only one, I guarantee the buffs for my own minions. If I can trigger this guy's death rattle without killing him, I can stack up these bonuses and always have a sticky threat. You may play unoptimally so you can steal the buff (i.e. play a minion for low value THEN kill my "threat" so your minion can steal my buff) but if I have a wide board and removal / pumps / effective resource management, I can remove your minion to put the buffs back on my side. So in other words, I think Crowd Surfer can be a very fun card if we can trigger it without it dying, or just duplicating its deathrattle. There's a few standard options to duplicating the deathrattle and many Duels options, so I look forward to trolling with this little guy!
Hmm... Neutral Dead Man's Hand has some interesting potential. Most notably, Omega-Yogg Shaman can keep replaying a Macaw that is copying Shudder BC for a big Yogg effect from Shudder (By replacing all Macaw plays with Yogg effects) and have a big deck so Yogg is less likely to draw you to death.
combination with Obsessive Fan i can think of is giving stealth to a new legendary which keeps both decks swaped while it's alive, you dont run cards in your deck that could easy remove this minion and maybe it will work somehow :)
Question ? Obsessive Fan does does the effect on the minion go away if you shadow step or return obsessive Fan to your hand or deck . Cause technically the card is still alive if it's back in your hand or in your deck
Photographer Fizzle could be hilarious for Rommath mage, since the snapshot didn't start in your deck. So if you play him while you have Open the Waygate(in wild) and Rommath in hand, every single time you play rommath, you get him back to your hand, granted that your hand is small enough.

Fizzle is basically a DMH on a minion. I can see it being rather good in controll and even combo decks in wild. You can go infinite so much more easier w Shrudder or Quest mage.
Photographer Fizzle is a cool card to make copies of my "infantry reanimators" in my Dar'Khan Warlock Deck. With bran rotating out this helps fill his role in that deck for me. I think this will have many other uses as well too.
I want to share some few words on the revealed cards Fans: I whonder what happens to the effect if you bounce it back to the hand (with Brewaster or sth) I hope the effect will go away too otherwise the Anoy Fan will be really strong. Paparrazzi: I think this will help to get achievements that require legendaries of the Festival way easier so I am really glad for this card because it helps F2P players. Fizzle: Copy of a whole hand has a potential especially for copying legendarys and at least I can see a combo with Grand magister Rommath (copy spells with Fizzle for more Spells for the recast)

'it has stealth WHILE this is alive', well, stealth disappears after the minion attacks normally, would the obsessive fan refresh the stealth untill it dies? if so i think it's quite broken
Is candleraiser so good in arena? Unless the arena meta is pretty powerful I think the finale keyword is a lot worse and less dependable in arena than in constructed...
You don't have to kill the 1/5 fan that gives +4 attack. You can actually kill the minion it gave attack to. And if you buffed a token, then it is probably easier to kill that. So, not that busted.

Wild rogue has some dumb cards that could actually make Freebird playable. Sonya Shadowdancer + Freebird x 4, shadowstep bird, then next turn Spirit of the Shark + Scabbs + Battlemaster + Freebird x 2 next turn. The 5th and 6th bird have 12 and 14 attack and go face twice for a 56 damage combo.
Obsessive Fan is great to negate Taunts on the board (I guess you can target an enemy taunt minion which loses taunt as it's stealthed - doesn't seem worth it though)
These cards are insanely good with handbuff..you are missing that a 3 mana 1,5 that gives something +4 attack is probably a 3 mana 3,7 when you play it..that buffs..quite nutty.
mishomosher is kinda a board clear, i think it keeps attacking as long as there are minions and it has health. maybe once rotation happens, warrior, or big lorthemar decks might have a chance lol
Paparazzi is probably gonna be really strong with the small legendary pool at rotation. Options like denathrius colossals theotar astralor and the big dragons
It seems like the idea behind the dragon being tradeable is that the finale is real hard to pull off (except for exactly turn 8) because it's an 8 mana minion so if you can't get it at least you can trade it. Which is a great use of Tradeable in my opinion and I'm glad it's back.
Alright deck intro time, and this time we're getting rowdy. So the idea for this deck is really simple: We're going to obtain multiple copies of Rowdy fan with things like raise dead, seance and nobleman so we can buff the stonetusk boar multiple times and swing face.

Oh Zeddy have you learned noting ? Every single minion that has the word charge printed on it has been problematic at some point in the games history. This has a tribe and It can scale. Also this is a minion you get rewarded for twice over every time you copy it because every copy has charge and every next copy is stronger. This with the Rowdy Fan is a at worst a 7 mana deal 6 to the face. I think Hunter or Rogue will find a way to abuse this.

I have a feeling that candle raiser is gonna be very good in an aggro paladin deck and will be absolutely disgusting in duels for divine shield paladin

Fizzle actually shuffles a 2-mana spell to your deck, after you play it you get the cards that you snapshotted.
It took them a long time to print a neutral version of Dead Man's Hand Lol

Yeah it'll be able to attack again. Bouncing it back to hand removes all effects from a minion.
Though it's probably not good, the Farmer can create more Freebirds

Its a cold blood for 1 more mana, don't need combo, have a plus 1/5 free body, and its a common card. And cold blood was played in many tier 1 decks.

I wouldn't over-think Crowd Surfer, it obviously just means "any other minion on the board" regardless of tribes.
