Paul O’Grady has died at the age of 67, his partner Andre Portasio has said. The TV star died “unexpectedly but peacefully” on Tuesday evening, a statement shared with the PA news agency via a representative said.

@@wickedwitchoftheeast88 class isn't about wealth necessarily it's about how you interact with the means of production for example, where I live there are plenty of working class families who own building sites etc who are wealthy but only so long as they work full time, the man who owns the factories who makes the roof tiles for example is the upper class person in that scenario as that builders wealth is dependent on the factory owners supply and price, which is in turn dependent on the workers (wealth is derived from labor). I wasn't trying to rant or argue with you either just an interesting way of looking at class lol

I knew there was a reason my Nan watched and loved Paul O'Grady. A true outspoken individual, taking all the risks with this rant. True champion of the underdog, may he rest in piece.
Same I remember when I was a kid in the early 2000s and my Nan would always watch him time flies by so fast😭
My heart is broken, amongst so many. His poor animals wondering where Daddy is 💔 I saw Paul live at Empire Theatre. He was so funny at the end of his rope, language profane but hilarious. I hope he makes me cry with laughter in Heaven. Love to his family and friends. They are blessed to know him closely. Such a loss never to be replaced 🙏

Paul called it in 2010 we have had 13 miserable years of Tory government. When I grew up I never heard of a food bank. I could get a GP appointment within 2 days. I never saw ambulances outside hospitals. We have to vote these leeches out!

Paul, aka Lily Savage was the tonic to a great night out in London when i was younger. He was the camomile in my tea in later years when he did his Sunday show on Radio 2. Absolutely crazy Radio 2 didn't recognise the warmth and love this man projected.
His love for animals was so wonderful to watch and they to have lost a good friend and ally.
Can imagine you and Cilla up there having fun but you're be missed down here but remembered with love ❤. Xx

But we did take them and it got much worse. Life expectancy is falling excess deaths are rising and nobody cares until it affects them. The disabled, sick, retirees and children are paying for the good people who have done nothing. The Nhs is being sold out by both main parties in parliament. Our children will ask why we did nothing and left them without basic needs and rights.
No need to raise the UK pension age. Us men will never reach 68 years old. R.I.P. Paul. You will be missed. ❤
