So what he was describing around 13:30, with the mood and atmosphere shifting and things going silent... it really seems there's a local reality shift event and that this kind of thing happens in situations of high strangeness and, completely speculating here, maybe it could explain why electronics don't capture such things. Our electronics are engineered and tested for our physical universe and whatever happens when there's a local incursion of another reality, it introduces different conditions that affect some aspect of electromagnetism or something (in a way that we can mostly tolerate). Alternatively, there is a higher power or powers that place limiting conditions on such interactions, such that evidence of such things isn't readily gathered and shared online. Again I hear about something described as, or that sounds like, "reality distortion" fairly often in such eyewitness stories.
@themodernfairysightingspod8421 Oh, by the way Jo, Hammerson Peters has a TH-cam Channel that shares his name that covers a variety of interesting topics to do with folklore, cryptids, fairies and related peoples with a focus on Canada (and cultures that contributed to Canadian subculture). He does a good job with it, is completely serious/professional, well researched, etc. He occasionally does do videos based on fairy encounters he's gotten from people he's known or interviewed. Here's an examlle video: th-cam.com/video/n4qKUY9w0KI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=CYOwgar0yrn6UwJw
@themodernfairysightingspod8421 oh btw Jo, have you heard of the person who runs a TH-cam channel that shares his name "Hammerson Peters"? He's a Canadian folklore researcher who presents serious, well done videos on Canadian folklore, cryptids, paranormal, etc. but fairy and fairy-like entities are common subjects and he says, the number one subject he receives encounter stories regarding from those watching his channel which he vets, and also from contacts he has. He has some really cool videos on first nations shaman practices like the shaking tent ceremonies. I'll also post in a reply a link to a video on fairy, Puckwudgie (and other diminuitive beings of Indigenous beliefs), gnomes, etc. encounters he's received, vetted and shared.
@themodernfairysightingspod8421 @themodernfairysightingspod8421 Here's another one on historical accounts on 17th and 18th century explorers and traders and their encounters with Algonquin shamanic practice of shaking tent ceremonies.. also some modern witnesses of such ceremonies. I don't know if this has been recounted elsewhere, or it's deja vu, but I've heard this one some time ago. Perhaps the Fairy sighting, often associated with an impending death, was a sign of the death of the relationship. The White Horse of the Spey is recounted in The Peat Fire Flame, a water Kelpie to be wary of. Neil McDonald, with others, had a white horse experience in a stone circle also
@@gogs244 yes it t was released ages ago and it’s a re release because of a few seconds of festive song used. They changed their copyright status(used to be open use) and that meant I had to take it down and reedit.
try it now. I had to take down the previous video and reupload as literally 7 seconds of music that was originally copyright free changed it's copyright status.
That was wonderful.Thank you. Happy Yule to you Jo, and your family. xx
