Your home is looking beautiful!! We built our home 14 years ago! We purchased our land first, then 2 years later built our home! Destene you and Brandon are talking about very important things that a lot of people may not know if they are planning to purchase a home! I would like to add one thing; do not accumulate any new debt once you start the process of purchasing a home! They will check everything again before you go to close on your home!!
Oh, what a blessing. We just purchased our land and are in the process of sourcing a contractor for our new build. We are on a island so logistics are going to be a little stressful but either way we are so excited. ❤🎉❤
Let’s just take a moment to appreciate a Black Man stepping into position to grant his Black Woman the grace to exercise her femininity. So often, we see black women not being able to move in her femininity because she’s forced to move in her masculine just to provide & survive in this world. It’s such an overwhelming joy to see a Black Man love on a Black Woman in every aspect of her existence. There’s nothing more beautiful than seeing two Beautiful Black people give each other the love they deserve. I get so tired of the war on black people in general, more specifically (Black Women) & how people are so quick to tear them down in public due to the lack of accountability that some black men fail to take when it comes to stepping up for their own women. This right here is where it starts & I love to see it. It will forever be Black Love ♥️✨
Well, black men often do want to step into that role of accountability but it is not easy. Let us be more proactive and positive of them than chastising them. It is definitely not easy.
Those workers are literally amazing! very professional, nice & friendly. I love how you and Brandon provide them with snacks, lunch, drinks etc on the days they are there..❤ very genuine & respectful! 💯
I feel like as a single blind mom of three I can't even dream of owning a home, but I won't give up… That is my goal… To get us a home. Y'all are doing great. Congratulations
Never give up on your dreams, keep those prayers going strong be pacific in your prayers to God and only talk to him about it don’t share your goals with others, work on credit like Brandon said save even if small it adds up cut back on unnecessary things teach children same because as a family we have a goal. Wish you the best. 👍🏾
A few tips I’ve learned along the way from being a homeowner: Compare the value/price of your potential home with the properties in the same neighborhood. So that you don’t under or overbid on your house. Tour your potential house at different times of the day to check the neighborhood vibes, noise level, traffic, etc. Make a list of wants and needs that you’re looking for your home. Don’t let cosmetic features deter you from buying a home that has “good bones” or great future potential. Shop around to get the best interest rates from banks, credit unions, etc. Ask the current homeowner how old the roof, siding, fence are. Get a reputable home inspector who does a thorough job. Get a land survey done on your potential property; sometimes your Realtor already has one.
Yes, an appraisal and inspection is a must. The first house that I entered contract with, everything went smooth but then the seller cancelled the contract 4 days before closing because he wanted $30K more than he initially agreed to. But no other houses in the neighborhood had even sold close to what he wanted in the last year. So my loan officer was like, nope, we're not gonna entertain that. She suggested I just keep looking. Then two days later the guy wanted to enter another contract but still higher than initial agreement. Then I said nope, I've moved on..lol.
You’re 100 percent correct. I’ve own my home since 1995 and I’m so glad I made my home purchase back then I was only 25 when I bought it. I’ll be done paying it off in 5 years. It was so country and now it’s grown so much. I bought it for $94,000 and it’s worth more then $400,000. I will be selling it after I pay it off and purchase something smaller. My home is just too big and my boys are all out the home. Cleaning 3 bathrooms is so tiring 😂 Congratulations guys. Sending love and hugs your way ❤
Brandon and Desteny ! I just love how you continue to share important info throughout your homeowners journey! We bought our second home 7 years ago! … AND about to purchase our 3rd property! 😍 It’s such a blessing with the help of our Heavenly Father to be in this position! And yes keeping your credit score good is “key” and not accumulating a lot of new debt. The feeling of watching your home being built and selecting every single detail of your property is the best feeling ever ! God Bless you both and going forward as you grow your family and business 🤎🙏🏾🤎
Don’t forget to buy a lawnmower and pressure washing machine. When we moved in our new construction home (first home), I quickly bought those items. You’ll save a lot of money doing these chores yourself. 😀👍🏾
I love to see young couples thriving! Enjoy your new home and your freedom for now because when you become a SAHM things will change with a beautiful bouncy baby!😊😊
I personally think the black chandelier lightening in the kitchen above the white island are gorgeous & very unique. They actually go perfectly with the decor to give it that sturdy wrought iron appeal that matches the stove!
Thank you for the chat at the end. Homeownership is my goal but have hit so many roadblocks the last 6 months. You guys are always so encouraging. I'm living vicariously through you 😊.
Des you will be very busy once the contractors are done. You will be able to get completely settled in and finish decorating. You will figure out a routine being a stay at home wife. So happy for you guys! I'm also in the process of changing all my light fixtures in my house. I've picked them all out. I'm getting them from multiple places like wayfair and home depot. Keep in mind when picking them out what they are listed at for location. Whether it's dry, damp, or wet listed. So bathrooms or anywhere with moisture you would want it to be damp listed. My bathroom upstairs has a few lights outside of it that need to be damp listed. Just an FYI when picking them out. Took me hours of combing through online stores to pick mine out.
Aye ya boy B for demolition LOL. I LOVE the relationship y'all have with Ray. It is AMAZING!! Now D, HUNNY HUNNY let me tell you some tips for being a stay at home MOM/WIFE... 1. Congrats on the new home. Take your time putting things together. ❤ the vibe that you are going for. Nice nutrual tones with pops of color to tie it all together. Take care, love you both
Having a great realitor was a plus! The realitor normally have an amazing personality and helped stay encouraged because it was a hot market a sellers market at that. We bought a house in 2021 and it was not easy because we are both self employed and we are in the hair industry and we had been planning to buy prior to 2020 and actually 2020 was the year we’re were supposed to buy but when the state shut down we are in Cali it was shut down 3 times, we felt sooo discouraged but by the grace of god we meet a realtor that was very confident with self employed individuals even prior to 2020 but he also stayed on top of laws after the pandemic and were able to purchase in 2021 when interest rate was extremely low.
Oh yeah!!! Becoming a homeowner is a blessing, but it takes a LOT of money!!! Thank God for His continuance blessings!!! He will provide for His provision!!! Yall stay encouraged, stay blessed, and thank you guys for your encouragement... love you guys!!!
Brandon on the Mantel is everything!! 😂😂😂😂 So proud of you guys!! Keep the vlogs comin! The suspense is killin me...want the house tour already!! ❤️❤️🤣🤣
Don't let your credit deter you from buying a home. Through the years my credit had gone from perfect to not so good like a rollercoaster! Just continue to work on it and you'll get there as long as you're taking care of all of your debts, the creditors will work with you. I've been through several layoffs, foreclosure, it was tough but there is nothing you can't come out of just keep a positive attitude and have faith y'all!!! That's all I've got to say!!
For me and my husband when we bought our land and builded our house the biggest thing for us was making sure we were close to family because I wanted my kids grow up with their siblings and also a area with good schools, 35 and a housewife it’s not as easy when you have a twins , my husband is gone a lot he’s a pilot but I have the help on my mom and dad and sister with means the world to me
Since you live in Texas I made a first aid kit that you can pick up and bring it anywhere when needed, a battery storage leather bag that holds all sizes, and a hurricane preparation kit for lights going out and other things for that scenario like a small not to expensive generator too. We seem to have the same design ascetics and design eye too.
I found your Shorts & just had to subscribe! You are beautiful people inside & out! Your house is absolutely stunning! I'm very happy for you and praying for babies in your future. God Bless. Love from a 70yo fan!
Your home discussion was the best, most candid, transparent and informative advice that I have heard from anyone. Y'all hit on every point down to the toilet paper for those extra bedrooms. And Destene you made a very good point about being dismissed in the market. They don't really take you seriously AT ALL. When my husband and I built our home we went to look at a model of what we purchasing because it was not in the community we were building in. When we walked in the woman was rude, brushed us off until we told her that we were already building a home and just wanted to see the model we were building. We told her that the sales manager from our community sent us and then she was all nice and friendly and helpful. But yeah we caught that shade walking in the door! It's very real!! And Brandon--that credit game is not a game! GREAT INFO GUYS! I hope many will benefit from your share! House is looking good can't wait to see the finished product!! Stay blessed. Edit--what got me were the cleaning supplies. All these "new" nice surfaces all need different cleaning supplies. Can't just dump some comet or spray some clorox clean up! LOL sooooo much money on cleaning supplies!
I have to say that my husband and kids are now approaching the building process,- which God dropped on us out of almost nowhere end of 2022, totally unexpectedly. I was still in the process of purchasing the land this year when your video about the new house popped up and I tell you I immediately saw how God was just encouraging me through it, I mean I was just in shock seeing your closing when I was literally waiting for my date to actually get secured- because it kept changing......And I literally gave God thanks and praise in Jesus' name because like I said I knew He was encouraging me when I saw your closing video. Our process is a lot longer but I have been able to relate to you guys in a new way because of your home journey. I'd love to see a house tour by you guys because I'm just in that fun phase and season, but I also get it if you're not trying to do that-lol. Thanks for sharing your journey, all of these tips are helpful. If you can share some tips on what you wish you were mindful of after all is said and done that would be great too, major or minor - or any other details for those of us in the process. I'm in my research phase also. May God bless your household and thank you again!
Glad to see both of your energy up again. You were both running dimmed after the move, understandable. Try to develop a home business, candle making, resale, develop your brand and maintain the product and sales, write, paint or write an organizational book etc.
I think it’s great for you. I was a stay at home mom, till my kids became teenagers. I loved it Plus I was there to take care of my kid’s. Very rewarding.
You guys are most definitely right about that!!! They will also ask for the same things over and over... You cannot use your cc, make new purchases using your credit, etc.... It definitely gets real when purchasing a new home! So proud of you guys. Blessings
As you guys are speaking to us I noticed your kitchen reminds me of the setup of your old kitchen in your old apartment. The position of your refrigerator and the island and the cabinets 🙂.
Wowza. 🎯🌈🌈⚘ Your input at the end about purchasing a home was very encouraging. I've lived all over the country and at onetime I would have given ANYTHING to live in Dallas/Ft. Worth. I traveled a lot for my job and EVERY SINGLE TIME I went to Dallas, I didn't want to leave. I seriously considered relocating and fell in love with the Grapevine, Irvine area ... and even looked at Colleyville. My heart was drawn more to the Ft. Worth side mainly because of the rolling hills ... and it seemed greener. But shopping in Dallas is second to NONE! Not even Las Vegas compares ... my one terrifying experience was at a gas station on the Ft. Worth side inside a restroom. I was at the sink washing my hands and as I looked down at the floor to dry off my hands, I saw the BIGGEST, UGLIEST bug I've EVER seen in my life trying to crawl inside the baseboard. Yikes. I have owned homes and even built a home, and it can become scary being responsible for property. ALL the things you mentioned from finding the right location to honing in on finding the right house is a series of steps that have to be taken with care and attention to DETAIL. You two are doing it right but be alert: just about the time you get it all together in the way you love it, you'll be tempted to "up the ante" where the grass looks greener after you've muscled up a ton of confidence from the positivity of this experience. But I can say with the conviction of someone who has seen and done it all: your house is the PERFECT layout & setup. I could live in that house for the rest of my life, it is that beautiful and lovely to me❣❣❣👌👍👍
My husband and I purchased a new home last year, and what you're saying is so true. They want to know everything. We had no debt, and they wanted to know about that
When you’re trying to furnish a home, start with the larger items and decorate down so you don’t get so overwhelmed trying to get everything done at once. Make checklists each room then work on one room at a time.
Running a social media empire to the level that they've reached IS a job! It pays huge, as we see from this big house, + additional renovations + a pool🎉 Brandon is very successful in his career, and they're also living huge from social media skills & blessings from fans. However, it is important to use your education, and skills for your own personal growth too. At least till the baby comes😊
When I purchased my home last January, I was like Brandon like why yall going back two years in my business 😆. And basically my loan officer explained it like this, they are pretty much looking at your spending habits and patterns. And how you save. Thankfully I'm cheap so I don't spend money until I have to and splurge every now and then but I never mess with my savings. So she told me that was excellent. Thankfully my process only took two months but that was just trying to find something I liked, the closing went by fast. So yes having your ducks in a row ahead of preapproval is an excellent way to start. Congrats you guys, your home looks beautiful. Don't forget to give us a full tour when it's done, Destene. 🙂
Thank you for sharing your home buying experience. Luckly when I bought my place I prepared two years before and the year I bought I started learning more about the process. But it definitely helps when you have an honest realtor who knows what you want and does not pressure you to buy a place that does not fit your needs.
You guys gave great tips for homebuying but I wanna add a few more that my husband and I learned. We bought our first home last summer. 1. Yes have as much of a down payment as possible BUT please budget for closing cost as well. That's a killer for a lot of people. 2. Once you get pre-approved for a loan don't take on any new debt (increase credit limit, new car, etc.). It will unfortunately get you denied. 3. The type of loan definitely matters when hunting. A lot of sellers don't like FHA, VA and other government backed loans. Try your best to get a conventional loan fixed rate loan. A non-fixed rate loan will leave you at the mercy of the bank/loan servicer and can increase at any time for any reason. 4. 2 years leading up to purchasing don't switch job industries or you'll be seen as risky and might be denied. Ex: You're in HR and then switch to Project Management.
If you are considering painting rooms and/or accent walls go ahead and do it now before all the furniture is in. Congratulations 🎊 your home is beautiful!
Ideas of things to do: You can consider doing meal prep/planning for the week. That way you can make a list of what ingredients you will need to cook. Also setting a schedule to wash clothes. I have to wash at least 1 load every other day. Since it’s just the both of you for now, maybe that will be less often so you actually have a “load” to wash. It really makes you feel like you are stay on top of your laundry. Then it doesn’t feel overwhelming with a ton of clothes to wash. Congratulations on your new home ❤️
Congratulations you guys again 😊. Thank you so much for all this information, so needed . Also too, another important thing to look for when buying a home, School District. A really good school district brings major value of property ❤️😊🙏
The process is exhausting, detail and you are right if you're not prepared it can be much more stressful. Well done guys. Mainly is security, even if the neighborhood is great. Take your time really looking at your home, you'll be surprised how many mistakes you find so it can be covered under warranty. Depends on your area safe water filtration. And then, set up your essentials. Everything else will flow with time. And you're right on the black issue, it is real.
Your home is coming along so beautifully, it has a farmhouse style vibe. You should look at one of those circular light fixtures with the lights that look like candles, it would go perfect with the theme. Brass colored modern style pulls for those kitchen cabinets will look great! You should really look at some farmhouse designs I think you will love it!
I bought my first home 22 years ago and it was alot involved, so much paperwork but they didn't ask about why certain amount of money was in my account. Overall it went smoothly. I am planning to buy another home soon. Just make sure you have a thorough inspection done prior to moving in and don't feel like you have to buy everything at once, take your time. Congratulations on your new home.
Wow, congrats again & again. Prayers and thoughts are with you both. You both make me smile when watching your videos. You are now my Y&R replacement 😂🤣. Sincerely appreciate the housing tips. I am praying for homeownership and yes its scary, intimidating and sometimes honestly depressing. Thank God, you could lean on each other. I put on a brave front for my family and daughters. Both sisters and mom are homeowners and its my season. My heart is so full writing 😥. Did you or Brandon have credit rating challenges or did you both have good scores to start. If you dont mind sharing what was your range before and after. I am mid 5's and the mortgage company wants me at mid 6 which is absolutely doable. Its hard renting and paying down debts. Lots of discipline but thanking God for being employed and having a roof over my head. Luv you both.🥰😁.
I completely understand what you guys journey was like. I believe I commented on one of your other vlogs. My home buying journey started off rocky as well, but I met an amazing loan financer who really helped me and guided me along the way. Once I was ready he gave me the green light to began looking for my home. Also, I don't know if you're into planting but it's a great time began that as well, with Spring being right around the corner I like using plant bulbs in the ground...also look into getting perennials as they will come back each year so you only have to plant them once.
I work from home, but what I do daily is something to my house. Like Monday I clean the bathrooms and wash clothes. Tuesday I clean the den and living room, so on so on two rooms a day M-Thurs. Friday I cook and mop for the weekend because on Saturday and Sunday I do nothing. Now everyday I cook and clean the kitchen, but on the weekend I do nothing but have me time and spend time with my family. I also have a wall calendar that has everyone schedule on it.
Yesss home ownership is a lot of paperwork and trails lol I did it myself this time and it wasn’t that bad this time , congrats on y’all first home and y’all in my area too lol
Congratulations to both of you on your new house! Your table is nice but I think you should have a longer table. I know you gonna have family and friends over.
I have a cleaning channel and I do work outside of the home ...I just show the people what they want to see. Lol my subscribers like when I clean, day in the life, laundry Motivation, anything really. Just hanging out with y'all is good too. Y'all are too funny! Lol I'd love to see more of your decorating. You have the eye for stuff like that. Show us that process ...any new things you get for the house. Grocery hauls. Any kind of hauls. oh, and cooking!! Hope this helps girl. You will get into your groove soon ♥️
Brandon I am so love the fact that you want to do some of the work at the house, get yourself A tape measure, A drill, A hammer , A tool box, a trimmer and a lawn mower, you will slowly but surely see the need for them as time goes by , enjoy you new home and don’t forget to pray over your home., put god first and you guys will be alright.❤🙏🏽
Enjoying watching your New home set up. Destene, whatever you were doing from 9-5 all of these years on a job, are you able to do that as a contractor, running your own business from home? Whatever it is that you love doing, what you think about as soon as you wake up in the morning is what you should start a business doing. That way you can work at your own pace. I did that in starting a Bookkeeping business about 8 years ago. I spent over 30 years doing Bookkeeping, Finance Management and Executive Administration and I decided not to work for anyone else but use my skills to run my own business. I'll pray that you walk right into your element.
Welcome to the Homeowners club guys!! Another thing to think about for saving purposes when buying a home is a HOUSE CLEANER, even if it’s not a service you hire consistently- budget for professional cleaners to the clean your home before you move in. This is great for new and non-new construction. It saves so much time and stress. And don’t forget to budget for GROCERIES. When we were moving out of our apartment into our house we limited the food we were buying because who wants to transport frozen green beans?! LOL So add grocery shopping to your budget - and consider ordering online to delivery or for car side pickup. And you guys are right - the right realtor is worth the weight in GOLD!! Ours was a amazing and we would use her again and again! ❤️
I am a stay at home wife as well. It’s going to take some time to have a schedule. So enjoy decorating your second love. Love how your home is coming together. You are 💯 right about up and coming neighborhood and having a realtor.
Thought I was ready.😊 Credit score 800, cards paid down, savings had the 20% down. Then just before I started looking, my brother, who's a realtor/contractor, asked, "what about your furniture/decor, and updates/repair accounts?" Duh!😮 I took a few months to save MORE, and had an awesome time decorating, and fixing my new home up, WITHOUT running up the credit cards❤
The major line of this video was- CAN I AND BRANDON DO IT???? I tell you this line is everybody's line and it motivates every person who has the same question. Because YOU MADE IT DAMN! We see you moved, and here you are! Thank you so much for the motivation!
I retired out of corporate after 15 years climbing that ladder. 🥴Became a stay-at-home wife just under 5 years and I shopped 👏🏾 to my 👏🏾 hearts’ 👏🏾 content! 😂 Now I own a plant shop, and create content. Life is life’n praise God!
Hey guys. Congratulations on buying your first home. I have been a home owner for 14+ years. One suggestion that I have is getting a home warranty program. My husband and I currently use First American Home Warranty. So this is if anything like applicances, if you have a pool, your air conditioner, toilet, garage door opener, wash or dryer or anything like that breaks. It is a life saver for sure.
When my husband and I purchased our house in 2022 our bank wanted us to pay bills with checks. They didn't want us to use our bank card. They wanted a full paper trail. We definitely could not just put money in the bank, it had to be checks. The home buying process is like having a second job. You definitely need to have all of your finances in order. I say get a check list from your bank of what they need so you can stay on top of things.
This is good to know as far as becoming a homeowner thank you I have been considering getting gas house but didn’t know as much knowledge thank you guys ❤
Hey you guys! Ok I see you B.(Demolition Man..lol) I personally have to go to the gym in the am..I’m retired and I would suggest making a monthly vision board for your new home and stay on top of it as much as possible..good luck with everything! Yes,I am a homeowner and I love ❤️ it
I started following navarealtygroup as soon as you introduced them, love the beautiful couple, the different homes they show, and above all having a genuine person to use when purchasing a home and investing so much money is key!!
I love going along with you guys when you're fixing up and furnishing the house, I'm getting a lot of ideas. This is an excellent vlog, very very informative regarding the actual purchasing of the house. Love you guys ❤
Brandon get you some tools especially a power drill, stud finder, and get leaf filter to protect your gutters. It takes so much patience it took us a year we did VA loan my husband is a vet. They are so strict and at the time house weren't appraising for the asking price.
Hi, I'm a stay-at-home wife. Once you get a routine you will be fine. At first, it was so hard because we are used to working. Let me tell you once you start getting more into your home and decor girl you will enjoy it.
God bless you both Destene and Brandon. The two of you are an inspiration in my life and I look up to you guys. God knew when I it was the right time for the two of you to buy a house and everything worked out for your good. You guys have such a beautiful marriage and I hope that all of the renovations come out amazing, the way how you both want it to be and see you both in the next vlog. 🤗
Blessings to you all.. One of my favorite couples. I am so happy for you guys and your house is turning into a home , you guys are doing an amazing job. Also the contractors are working with what God gifted them with as well as their strengths and talents I applaud them for doing an amazing job they are created for such a time as this 💪🏾🔥🔥❤
God Bless you guys ! I just finished watching your video and it is truly inspiring! I commend you for stepping out on faith and going through the process of being a homeowner ! I want to be a homeowner one day. Thank you for sharing with us and for your transparency. You are appreciated ! I look forward to the next video. ❤
Also....no huge purchases while in the process of buying a home like cars and other properties....they need 2 years back to see if your a regular with paying your bills and accounts to see how well you are with your money, your profession/job to see if you have been there for at least 2 years, mostly to see stability along with your housing and how long you have been there...they want to see consistency....my husband and I are living in our 3 home that we have bought and built from the ground up....hope this can help someone....😊
Hey Destene and Brandon, the House 🏡 is coming along great and I know it’s gonna be Beautiful when your all done decorating and Destene, I Love Skinny Pop Popcorn it’s one of my favorite snacks🥰
❤🎉❤
@@ModernHomemakingMom so excited for you and your family 🎉💕
That is such great advice for them that I am taking in your advice to. Thanks for the tip. 👍😀😉
Soooo True it's as though they check it Daily, Sooo Leave Everything Alone until After Closing for Sure
You'll get there. Just believe!!
@@venniesyummycreations802 thank you so much. I appreciate that. ❤️
Never give up on your dreams, keep those prayers going strong be pacific in your prayers to God and only talk to him about it don’t share your goals with others, work on credit like Brandon said save even if small it adds up cut back on unnecessary things teach children same because as a family we have a goal. Wish you the best. 👍🏾
@@tontonmestandingtall9289 amen! Thank you so much. I appreciate the encouragement.
A few tips I’ve learned along the way from being a homeowner:
Compare the value/price of your potential home with the properties in the same neighborhood.
You're so correct..😊
❤ Your list of things for a potential home owner to consider❣️
Sending love and hugs your way ❤
Y'all are smiling ear to ear. So happy for you guys. You deserve it....Congrats 🌀
Brandon and Desteny ! I just love how you continue to share important info throughout your homeowners journey!
We bought our second home 7 years ago! … AND about to purchase our 3rd property! 😍
It’s such a blessing with the help of our Heavenly Father to be in this position! And yes keeping your credit score good is “key” and not accumulating a lot of new debt. The feeling of watching your home being built and selecting every single detail of your property is the best feeling ever ! God Bless you both and going forward as you grow your family and business 🤎🙏🏾🤎
Thank you
Don’t forget to buy a lawnmower and pressure washing machine. When we moved in our new construction home (first home), I quickly bought those items. You’ll save a lot of money doing these chores yourself. 😀👍🏾
These young folk ain’t doing outside work
LMAO!!! I'm 42 and do outside work all the time. I'm still young!!! LOL!
I love to see young couples thriving! Enjoy your new home and your freedom for now because when you become a SAHM things will change with a beautiful bouncy baby!😊😊
I personally think the
black chandelier lightening
in the kitchen above the white
island are gorgeous & very
unique. They actually go
perfectly with the decor to
give it that sturdy wrought
iron appeal that matches the
stove!
Ohhh yes it really does once I paid attention good eye 👁️
I agree
Yes I say the same thing. 😅i love them.😊❤
Me too! I've noticed it. In my mind I was thinking there is nothing wrong wit it. But maybe she wants somethings that stands out to her
Thank you for the chat at the end. Homeownership is my goal but have hit so many roadblocks the last 6 months. You guys are always so encouraging. I'm living vicariously through you 😊.
Sis, I touch and agree with you that you are a homeowner in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen!!! 🙏🏿 🙌🏿
@@prescieouesangel6071 thank you ❤️
Our boy B is working hard our lil handy man .yes u killing it B ❤❤❤❤

I’m so proud of both of you. Y’all worked hard for this blessing. Appreciate it and keep making us laugh and giving us good content. 😊🥰
Thank you
Having a great realitor was a plus!
Blessing 🙌 to you both. I'm so proud of y'all for being home owners 🏡 ❤ 2023 is y'all year. Much love to you both.
For me and my husband when we bought our land and builded our house the biggest thing for us was making sure we were close to family because I wanted my kids grow up with their siblings and also a area with good schools, 35 and a housewife it’s not as easy when you have a twins , my husband is gone a lot he’s a pilot but I have the help on my mom and dad and sister with means the world to me
So happy for you both, hard work definitely pays off. The house is coming along great❤
Since you live in Texas I made a first aid kit that you can pick up and bring it anywhere when needed, a battery storage leather bag that holds all sizes, and a hurricane preparation kit for lights going out and other things for that scenario like a small not to expensive generator too. We seem to have the same design ascetics and design eye too.
I have about 40 videos saved to my watch later and that’s on top of the ones I’ve already watched. Y’all are hilarious and I’m so happy for you two💛💛💛
I found your Shorts & just had to subscribe!
Wowza. 🎯🌈🌈⚘
Your input at the end about purchasing a home was very encouraging. I could live in that house for the rest of my life, it is that beautiful and lovely to me❣❣❣👌👍👍
Thanks guys❤ Congrats on the new home and all of your endeavors!
My husband and I purchased a new home last year, and what you're saying is so true. They want to know everything. We had no debt, and they wanted to know about that
I can't wait to see your home during the holidays 🥰
When you’re trying to furnish a home, start with the larger items and decorate down so you don’t get so overwhelmed trying to get everything done at once.
Make checklists each room then work on one room at a time.
Running a social media empire to the level that they've reached IS a job! It pays huge, as we see from this big house, + additional renovations + a pool🎉
Brandon is very successful in his career, and they're also living huge from social media skills & blessings from fans.
I'm so Happy for you two,I love your love for one another, great to see a positive relationship I Wait to see your video posting !
Father has you guys and you deserve it😊Have fun in your new home🤗🤗
Congratulations on your beautiful home. You 2 are a great couple. Enjoy creating your home together.
I love my fire mantle! Protects the wall above. And love Christmas time to add garland and stockings.
Fire Extinguisher, too.🙂🙂😘
Thank y'all so much for sharing this journey! I recently decided to purchase some property and I'm now feeling more encouraged than anxious! ❤️🙏🏾🙂
I will have to try out that motivation dance 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
@DM.DesteneandBrandon1.Nicegram hello
So happy for you 2. Great information on what to do to get your home. Welcome to the club, Happy home owning❤🎉
Destene chileee you are glowing and growing in Gods goodness. So happy for y’all hugs!!!
You're such an awesome couple.. And your home is beautiful. Make meal prep a part of your stay at home..it will help so much 👍🏾
Thought I was ready.😊 Credit score 800, cards paid down, savings had the 20% down. Then just before I started looking, my brother, who's a realtor/contractor, asked, "what about your furniture/decor, and updates/repair accounts?" Duh!😮
I took a few months to save MORE, and had an awesome time decorating, and fixing my new home up, WITHOUT running up the credit cards❤
Love you both, all the best in your new home 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽
Yes,I am a homeowner and I love ❤️ it
Oh, look at you two... growing up.
Thank y’all this was very helpful. I wanted to purchase my first home and I appreciate this info.
Thank you for the home vlogs. Your joy is infectious! ❤
I’m so excited for y’all! Nothing like your own home! What a great blessing! Congratulations! 🎉🎉🎉
Generational wealth begins with owning your home. Congratulations.
Your house is coming along nicely!! 🏠 Brandons motivation dance😂🎉🎉🎉
Brandon is super upbeat and entertaining 😅🤩
The empty house is been beautified 🌹🌹🌹🌹,it's inviting, job well done by the decorators👍👍👍👍.
Queen D & King B
Congratulations for your house 😊❤😎

That dance is sending positive vibes through his body. I'm doing that for a pick me up 🎉🎉🎉
Destene you are really good in decorating. Keep up the excellent work.
I am so happy for you all, this is such a BIG BLESSING, God is by your side, PRAISE HIM.
Yes. He is the reason for this
Hey Destene and Brandon, the House 🏡 is coming along great and I know it’s gonna be Beautiful when your all done decorating and Destene, I Love Skinny Pop Popcorn it’s one of my favorite snacks🥰
I love what you're doing with the decor!❤❤❤
