Here I am at 3AM in the UK, absolutely mesmerised by this video. I was only searching for a video to test HDR but ended up fascinated by the architecture, atmosphere, and culture. Great video!
1:10 am here, in Russia. Just wanted to find HDR vid for testing my brand new MacBook Pro with Liquid Retina HDR and got stuck watching some Japanese stuff. Looks spectacular! Fancy visiting this bloody appealing place one day.
I am part Japanese, and carry the surname Sakamoto. I love watching these videos of Japan in 4k. To see how that society operates and to see how they differ is astounding. I love how there are pedestrian only paths everywhere and that there are advertising screens on every building. I find it interesting that the streets are far cleaner than any American street in a highly populated area and also that it seems that most people choose to walk everywhere; perhaps this is why everyone has a bag / tote of some kind. The lack of traffic is awesome and I love the fact that there is a ubiquitous sense of color everywhere. 👍 Tokyo puts alot of major US cities to shame.
I could almost feel the warm air and smell the food passing the izakayas watching that. The sheer size of Tokyo is almost overwhelming, but it is a fascinating city.
@@belindalou8946 They carry the trash into department store, metro, restaurant, or hotel and dispose of them there. It's really stupid as it means sometimes tourists have to carry an empty or bag for hours and cannot do proper recycling
@@Peizxcv wow that is interesting here in Canada we have garbage bins around to throw the trash in but some people dont listen and well one can see alot of trash in certain areas thanks yeah i bet that can get annoying but fines there most be really high thanks 😃
Literally this is the only flaw of Japan. As a tourist I was ok at first carrying my trash in my pocket. And then I stopped by food and snacks along the way the next few days. Because I didn't want to hold onto trash anymore. Towards the end of the trip, I just started stuffing trash in any bins I could including recycle bins. I didn't GAF anymore. There's a reason why they don't have trash cans anymore. Look it up.

I recognized the opening from the JR Rail webcam -- the rounded Yunika Vision screen. And then the walk along the walkway right beside the webcam -- I'd viewed that before on Google Earth and Maps. I really want to visit...

Rumor is true, Japan has no trash cans in the streets.
Recently, it has become a serious social problem in Shinjuku and Shibuya that tourists from overseas are throwing garbage on the streets.
