Thanks for the review, Alan. Really usefull information for me to improve on. I would reccomend to all who watch that they should get one of these reviews done, its high quality feedback and its FREE! I will defo be working on my range construction bvb and from BTN. Also, the overinvestment issues with some of these hands. I recorded a few sessions and sent in the one I felt I played the weakest in, so could get some really in depth feedback: I was not dissapointed.

Totally agree Swivel, I learnt so much from my session and after 3 weeks of studying pre flop ranges I can see a big improvement in my game. And loads to take away after watching this one, and it's FREE!. I was a bit worried after sending my video to Alan that I may be judged on my play but the community didn't and Alan's explanation was spot on to help me improve. Players should be queuing up for the chance to have the help to improve.

Good job man, as always. Just a little feedback: I think you've recently started to pause videos more to talk about sth even though basically nothing is happening in the video itself. I think if you'd pause it less when it's not needed and finish your thoughts, you'd go over more footage with more action.

I think the reason I don't get through as much as I used to is that the last few sweat sessions have been 5-10nl with a lot of things to talk about and I like to give as much detail as possible about every spot from my perspective but I will take your feedback into account. Thanks, mate! 👌

Just have a few thoughts about the QQ hand on 48 minutes. Hero calls it off with QQ in HJ against a cold 4-bet from BTN and 5-bet jam from UTG. I agree it's an overplay. I used to go broke here myself with QQ and AK. I started saving myself a lot of money when I stopped doing that. Stacking off here is a punt. Opponent's ranges are so tight here in this line that I actually might fold KK here preflop. I also think it's important not to be results oriented when UTG turns over 88. That's a hand that they should never have in theory and will very rarely have in practice.

Agreed. I had history with the UTG player and iirc they had done some questionable plays, however this does not excuse the play with two other players in the pot left to act.

I see this happen on higher stakes too so I wouldn't be so hard on yourself if you are but it is costly and at best 0ev against the optimal opponent which is just not the case for these games. This spot is very rare so even having previous history probably won't have much relevance to this spot. Was still funny though to see 88, ngl 😂😂
