Virginia Tech Hokies took care of business to open the season with an emphatic 101-45 win over Mount St. Mary. Senior Cayla King dropped a career-high 33 points to lead the Hokies in the win. Elizabeth Kitley scored 18 and grabbed 9 rebounds and Georgia Amoore contributed 11 points, 9 assists and 6 rebounds for Virginia Tech.
